The lady with the gun seems like the easiest one to go after, assuming you can find the key to activate the pyrolysis, though doing so may create its own problems, such as alerting the whole base (potentially, idk for sure). Personally, I would look around a bit more before making a decision, maybe examine some of those auras that were revealed with Sense the Unseen. I just started playing this game a couple of weeks ago when it finally released on Steam and I am right at the beginning of this stage, so I don't know the solution yet either. Something I've learned while playing through it though is to always examine literally everything you can before making any big moves, because you almost never get a second chance after messing up; no save scumming here, so if you finish a stage and aren't happy with your result, your only option is to restart the entire level. I've also learned to not use Disciplines at every available opportunity if you don't need to, because of the hard cap on Hunger generation and limited feeding opportunities per level.
As for vampire news, I don't know if you've heard yet but earlier today the dev team behind Bloodlines 2 posted some new in-game location screenshots and announced that they will be making a huge announcement in September, and also that refunds for pre-orders of the game are available for those that want them. It wasn't much, but after almost three years of radio silence on Bloodlines 2, anything is welcome. At least we now know for sure that the game isn't dead as so many of us feared. No news on who the new developer is though; that's likely one of the many things that they plan to cover in September.
One can save scum. Just shut down the game hard after a dialog option failed and reboot..
About the implants, you might remember that Leysha got scanned before they assaulted her.
They were scanning for the implant :)
I haven't played the section yet, though I think you can choose one bearer you like least (for example unethical scientist lady) and go for them.
I don't think you need all three.

Of course feeding is to be a struggle (of some sort). You, if anyone, should be very aware about the comparisons and connection between vampires and sex/rape. Some vampires feed by assault, some sneak in where the victim sleep and feeds on them, some feed on animals instead, some gaslight their victim to feed on them, some build traps to catch their victims etc. This is a game mechanic as well in the 5e rules where different vampires have different predatory styles (which gives certain bonuses).
Blush of Life is an rpg mechanic in the rules that all vampires (regardless of clan) can do. Its dependent on how much humanity you have left (ie how connected you are to the human world and how much you have transgressed into a "monster") and you can use it to look alive, eat food, drink beverages, have sex (and maybe even enjoy it) etc.
If you ask me that last Library section seems to be the most interesting one, but if I am correct the game will force you to do all 3 sections/mini-bosses regardless. These types of games tend to do that. So I think your choice is very much cosmetic. Also, all those Red idenification keys are probhably similiar in that they all gives the same, full access. So you don´t needd more than one but I suspect the game will force you to get all of them (or do the respective sections) regardless.
As for the feeding mistake, to be able to easily save and reload, without having to redo the entire mission, would have been nice...
Ohh, in Vampire news - there have been an update about Bloodlines 2. The devs are claiming (after years of silence) that they "remain just as dedicated to delivering a great Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines game as we were when we announced, and are looking forward to showing you more in September this year".
"Why can't I eat youuuu," they say, while standing right in front of an armed guard...
Every time I see a white corridor in this game, I think of what Leysha said. She had that vision about a white corridor. It makes me paranoid. lol
