@7:41 "additional documents" there is certificate of NON-US activities. What to do with that.
I'm still getting one alert there says "Important: Check if additional tax information is required from you. All RUclips creators and partners are required to submit tax information to ensure any applicable taxes on your payments are accurate."

i am not sure about US tax to be honest but I believe you will need to pay tax in your country of residence for example although i don't pay US tax on my youtube earnings I do pay Tax for my earnings on youtube and blog in the UK.
