A lot of times on social media, we use the suggestion of therapy as a weapon and that understandably turns people off from the idea of it, but the reality is that we need y’all to go to therapy so that we can be safe with you, but also so you can teach us how to love/show up for you. When I started living for right now, not for tomorrow, not for yesterday but for the now taking it step by step. Minute by minute letting God guide me, my life started changing tremendously. I 100% recommend stepping back on the weed God finally delivered me from smoking just last week and I see a huge difference especially in the gym. You need to PRAY because warfare is real and people do not want to see you doing well, in December I noticed how much I was slacking, I didn’t want to do anything, had no motivation and God really opened my eyes like people will really pray on your downfall and if you aren’t praying against the enemy it will affect you seriously. I wish y’all the best year many blessings. 🙏🏽

I love y’all and to be honest a lot of people let weed take over them. My oldest son smoke all the time. I always ask him why what’s the real root of it. It’s not a sin to smoke but to over do it is the sin. So I try to talk to him but I know it’s hard to talk to your parents at times. This will be one of the most prosperous year for you all. I am proud of you for getting a therapist. Let black men know it’s okay. 💪🏽

1st of for the people who don't know, Queen has just been in Detroit visiting her family a couple weeks ago, 2nd she missing CJ cause he hasn't been there for the holidays cause he had to go visit his dad, 3rd she wanted to go to NYC for new years eve, she talked about it in multiple videos but like Clarence said that ended up not happening so they ended up staying home with not much to do, 4th she was tired and sleepy cause Legend has been having them stay up until very late and then waking them up really early Clarence said.
This was such a cute video as well☺️☺️. He always does the best with noticing the little things like her wanting a planner and her dry hands😂. It’s always the small details that mean the most🥰

She wanted to c her dad but flights got canceled. We had a similar night but I could tell she wasn't feeling it forreal. This is REAL raw sht relationships go through. All tht lovey dovey stuff isn't realistic. We go through REAL challenges and true relationships stand the test of time. This is why I push MENTAL HEALTH so much cuz ppl really deal with a lot internally.its not always kissing , love making and joyful times. Sometimes ur wiping tears, being a support system and reminding ur partner who tf they are when they get lost in dark thoughts .queen wasn't in the best place and thts ok. I’m telling you as a former smoker it’ll be one of the best feelings ever when or if you stop! I stopped about a year ago and I just have a whole new mindset. It’s something you will miss and maybe can go back to one day but it’s great feeling man! Good luck on that journey
