Creo 4 0 to Excel file link

Great Video. There is a lack of documentation with Creo.
Do you know if the excel macros can be used with Creo in the version 4.0?

Everytime I reach the point where I should regenerate (3:17) the analysis fails (turns red, becomes useless). Any ideas why it happens?
