I really enjoyed this interview. I didn't know about Rajamani. But damn I am in love with his approach of keep trying, keep improving/learning and don't hesitate to ask for a chance. Cause whenever you do, there is a chance you will be seen. It's a hard thing to do as you will be humiliated and you will be rejected many times. Rajamani might not have told us that part of struggle, but Ashwin made sure to point the struggle out to us. I loved Rajamani's raw storytelling. Rajamani created his opportunities and did all the things he needed to improve himself and reach his position. So humble. Looking forward for more content with him. Ashwin is too good. I really enjoyed this interview. I didn't know about Rajamani. But damn I am in love with his approach of keep trying, keep improving/learning and don't hesitate to ask for a chance. Cause whenever you do, there is a chance you will be seen. It's a hard thing to do as you will be humiliated and you will be rejected many times. Rajamani might not have told us that part of struggle, but Ashwin made sure to point the struggle out to us. I loved Rajamani's raw storytelling. Rajamani created his opportunities and did all the things he needed to improve himself and reach his position. So humble. Looking forward for more content with him.
