Beating Elden Ring with EVERY KATANA!
In todays Elden Ring challenge me and my son will be beating the game using every katana. There are a total of 8 katanas in Elden Ring that includes the Rivers of Blood, moonveil, uchigatana, nagakiba, dragonscale blade, serpent bone blade, hand of malenia, meteoric ore blade. The rules for this challenge are simple we must beat at least 1 major boss using each katana.

@@Jfamhey I’m visiting my dad right now and he plays elden ring he got stuck on the draconic tree sentinel so I got the SERPENT bone blade and uchi killed him and morgot and did some stuff for the frenzy flame ending he wants that then he wants to back out of it so he can save Melina I was playing I remembered another person that plays elden ring with his son wonder who that is

@@Jfamhe uses bows and now when he’s at work I’m getting him the black bow I got him the serpent bow yesterday and now because I got him to mountaintop of the giants and you already KNOW because he had the volcano manor site of grace I did I bit of G-G-GOOD QUEST LINE and now I’m using my normal fm blade build left and poison moth flight uchi right hand fm blade with worse talismans but still decent don’t worry I got him the jar head and then I needed that tear for mogh and did yuras quest line it was really easy if you have the locations unlocked
@@JfamI did the frenzy flame quest line for him because he didn’t want Melina to die so I’m making him fight Neil and malenia I’m not doing that AGAIN and he has like 5 quest lines going so I can’t burn the world to the ground so I’m just doing the quest lines that he has halfway done I’m doing rannis right now I’m at the part with astel
This is wonderful too see, a father with his son have a blast when playing Elden ring. Myself I don’t have contact with my father and it is like 10 years since we spoke. So it’s so nice to see a father who love his son and have great time playing video games.

@@Jfamnaw I was little Timmy except they changed my dialogue they said something about katana only and challenge run but my normal dialogue is about the SERPENT BONE BLADE
Pro tip for the big dragon, when your killing him and he is one bleed prompet away from death get on torrent and keep attacking, and when he dies immediately run back and rest at the grace, he will respond but you’ll keep 50k runes

I love watching these videos with your son! One thing that confused me though was that you were able to use unsheathe on nagakiba around 10:50 is there a separate one that does that?
You can remove the ash of war from the nagakiba and apply unsheathe to it. Thanks for the love and thanks for watching
I spent three hours on that stupid fire giant last night and just couldn’t do it. At one point I got really close when summoning Iron Fist, but each subsequent time, he just quit doing his magic. It was annoying.
Depending on your build I would suggest using the black flame tornado ash of war. It makes the fight way easier. You can defeat the Godskin apostle in the altus plateau and get the Godskin peeler when defeating him. The Godskin peeler has the black flame tornado on it! Good luck!
@@Jfam for me, the godskin apostle didn’t drop the peeler 🤷♂️. Stuck feeling like I should start over. I can’t seem to get stats up fast enough.
Make sure it the Godskin Apostle in the windmill village in Altus Plateau. It's not a RNG drop. The boss drops the weapon Everytime. Hope this helps
@@Jfam back for an update: I finally beat him. I used a +9 Bloodhounds Fang and summoned a mimic tear. After I got to crumbling farum Azula and died a few times, I took a break. Then when I came back, my save file is corrupted…….

ALL these bosses seem to hurt me so much more than the streamers I watch.
Make sure you level you vigor. At the end of the game I try to have around 50 vigor before fight Elden beast. Thanks for watching
Two things have me curious: 1: Do you just know all of the things, or do you prep a list for each run in order to remember where all the stuff is? 2: What is that list? Are you checking off the things you guys have done? Perhaps the prep list I suspected you might have.
So there's no prep list. We have done so many runs we pretty much know where everything is. The only prep we really do is discuss what weapons or spells we wanna use on which bosses depending on the challenge. What I do on the notepad mid gameplay is write down key events like items unlocked and bosses defeated in the order they occur. This helps me in the editing process tell the story of the challenge. Just started Elden ring and it’s cool any tips
Take your time and enjoy the game. The astrologer or prophet classes are the best for beginners. They allow you to cast spells from range keeping your safe from enemies. Also don't forget to level your vigor. As a beginner you will be getting hit a lot so having extra health will help. Good luck and thanks for watching!! 🤜💥🤛

I completely agree. Sorry for the confusion I actually explain why we did this. We did use the ash of war it was only to change the affinity of our weapon type. 10:02

It was the same case as with the putrid tree. We grabbed a ash of war that allowed lighting damage to be added to our weapon. I should have explained it a bit more but the overall rule was not to use the actually ash of war animations. Like we didn't actually use flame of the redmanes to kill him, hopefully this makes sense, sorry. Thanks for watching

I recently started playing, would a max dex build even make sense?
Any levels past 80 dex are kinda pointless. It's better to using the remaining 19 levels for vigor or endurance instead of hitting 99 dex. Thanks for watching!

Since it was Yuri's weapon piecing fang was the built in Ash of War. We took off his Ash of war and the default nagakiba Ash of war is unsheathe. 🙄
