    I like the idea of cumulative action, simple tasks done daily adds up to a lot of action and results. And I appreciate the attitude of just showing human interest in others, it goes a long way.

    I just enrolled in Sales Gravy University and I am extremely excited about learning how to handle difficult prospects; specially when you call expired listings or For Sale by Owner in the Real Estate industry ..prospects are extremely frustrated because everyone in Real Estate is calling them..., how would you handle this type of prospect?
