Pronounciation, confidence(or how much you're shaping and repeating words), choice of words and the fact, that there are more people near the capital, so even if i only though you are from Denmark without the deeper assumptions, I'd probably still guess near The capital or another densely populated city or area.

I cheated. After downloading the update I modified the save game to unlock the cheats.
I completed the levels later.

You could make levels with different gravity or speed :)
