Sudanese food is amazing , but when it comes to fuul i must say the egyptians are the best and then the palestinians from gaza and then sudan. But all the other sudanese dishes like fattet addas or other ones are to die for and also the dakwa salad!
Love it! Hope we can visit Sudan one day as well.

I'm from Eritrea and Sudanese foul is very popular with my people. I never liked it (I prefer the Eritrean variety with fata or flatbread) but after watching this video maybe I need to change my mind.
in India oil's traditional name is tel which comes from till which is sesame. so in Ayurveda the best kind of seed oil is till tel (seseame oil) . we have many regional varieties like peanut,coconut,mustard oil etc according to region and crop suitability mustard oil is widely consumed in northern regions. peanut in central mostly rajhastan Gujarat Maharashtra belt and coconut in southern part as it has tropical climate and good for coconut farming. but the king of fat is Ghee from Cows or Buffalo. it has highest smoke point and does not break down its molecules into harmful substances after heating and reheating.
