When your doing time behind that wall, your only mission is to survive. You don’t want problems, but sometimes a few simple words get skrewed up, and then problems come to you. It’s sick.

I agree. I've been in and out, in and out pretty consistently since 2009. Haven't been back since I last got released in Oct'2016... but even to this day, I can't help but think everyone from friends to cashiers at the gas station are always trying to fuck me around or disrespect me. I find myself getting really defensive really quick, because I think I'm being tested or taken advantage of. I have to remind myself often that that's not how adults conduct themselves.
My older brother did 19yrs n was still making spreads to eat after he got out.

I am coming off a heroin and opiate pill addiction while trying to taper off and fix myself up as I have destroyed and lost so much. I love watching this guy Banky and his experiences and life stories make me realize that this addiction is nothing at all to feel bad about getting over. If you know about opiate addiction is you go through crazy wirhdrawl which wrecks havoc on your body and even worse mentally and do crazy things when craving. Anyways I’m also gonna follow banky on his IG and RUclips and I hope you post more and realize this helps people with all sorts of issues and problems in a positive way. I hope you have a good rest of the life Banky and keep entertaining us and love the style bro. Lots of love and respect 👊🏽✌🏽

Wow, I’m 53 years old. I can’t even imagine being in prison since I was 20 years old. All I that went through. Marriage, college, 2 degrees, almost 15 years at 1 job.

The stories are so true, bc of me starting my 6 yr bid, my 3rd month I was in the rec room and 2 guys were about to fight an the one who started the fight pulled out a knife about 6inches long and about to stab him, but luckily the other guy had some friends bc it got broken up and the knife got took. Once that happened they got into it and the guy who had the knife lost!

God put you here for a reason continue on doing what your doing. Your grandparents are looking down on you smiling and saying what a very important man you where trained to be. The reason why I say trained is because God trained you to teach yourself how to survive the worst and you did. Im very proud of you. I smile every time you answer them questions. Nobody could blame this dude for being bitter or being jaded towards life but hes not this dude comes across as humble and just a genuinely good dude. I would like to think that I could be that strong and not just come out hating life.
What you don’t experience is the stress levels. Everyone is under stress and that is multiplied by several hundred. That’s why prisoners will tell you the air outside prison seems fresher as the stress has gone. We set prisoners up to be worse criminals. Everyone talking about doing bigger and better crimes. No one is saying they are going to study do get a better job. You have to follow the laws in prison where you have to fight. You can’t walk away as there is no where to walk to. One is taught not to care about humanity and to hate. Most of these men will eventually be let out and we wonder why so much violence on the streets?
I am glad you got out of that place you're a very nice person and I love how you tell the young kids don't be acting up are you will go to prison and you don't want to do that because it's a hard place you are very interesting you tell it like it is and I like that
