But as an Ex Vegan I feel we are very much misunderstood by the vegans as to why we cauld no longer commit to it. I don’t think we get a fair treatment. As a lot of ex vegans suffer greatly from illness due to plant diet long term. But happy to support both vegans and ex vegans alike.
