Corrections at the end: You described a cup mute and a straight mute, but the clips (and audio, I believe) were of a straight and bucket mute, in that order. Excellent video though, us trombonists always like being complimented.
I've been playing piano and trumpet since teenage but now I want to transition over to Trombone but IDK if I should buy Tenor, Bass or Contrabass Trombone, what would you suggest ? Is the Contrabass and bass trombone capable of making powerful and rich melodies in the mid/high range like the tenor or is it alway used in the lower range section ? Great video !
The way he described it at the beginning is the exact reason the trombone is my favorite instrument
This series is fantastic.
This is so well done - thank you!!
