One thing I did different was instead of using the glue they provide, I used gorilla wood glue. I promise you them drawers will never come apart with gorilla wood glue. I also had the same issue you had with the drawer not opening. How I fixed it was, the drawer slides were faulty so I went to Home Depot and got new ones and replaced it and now it works perfectly.

I currently have their dresser drawers only, that I bought during Black Friday and let me tell you UPS damaged my shipment and gave me the ran around and kept saying it was on the way only to send it back to Impressions because they ruined it. I reached out to Impressions and they sent me the drawers and expedited the shipping. The customer service girl I had was super sweet. I received the drawers a few days later and I have yet to put it together as of May 2020 smh, in my defense I have to move some heavy furniture first that I wanted to donate before I put them in my room I never got to it and COVID happened so yeah I messed up 😂 Anyway thanks for your honest review!!!

I put this together for my daughter and agree with everything you mention about assembly. The operation of the drawers concerned me from the start being the first two pages indicates how to adjust mis-aligned opening of drawers. I was careful to install all the tracks exactly the same for all drawers. It seemed to work because all drawers open cleanly. Take another look at the first pages of instructions for adjustment of drawers. A shame to not have use of the drawer for the price of the unit. Seeing how the cabinets are made and price I would recommend buying a nice solid desk, cabinet etc... and stick the glass top and mirror on top.
I ordered mine and i will. Be very careful when putting the drawers together. I been looking at toons of revies and i think that they key fir the drawers s to go in smoothly take your time tu built them 😊
I think I will go to ikea kitchen section... and recreating this... ( everything but the mirror of course) I really want different size drawers and ikea has that. . As for the glass top. I might buy that piece from slay.... and put it on top. And use a barstool that can go up or down to size... Interchange the second drawer and the first drawer. It should fix your issue. The second drawer is getting stuck with the bottom of the first drawer. Hope it helps.
It looks like the top drawer is slightly slanted, which may be put pressure on the 2nd bottom drawer. But I could be wrong just trying to be helpful. Oh another thing, I completely agree with you on the assembly part, for all that money you spend on the vanity you would think they would have it assembled in three parts so it wouldn't be so hard to put together. I think the only one they do assemble together somewhat is the mirror vanities.

Hey so I had the same problem with the drawer and it took me literally 3 hours trying to figure it out but the reason why the drawer gets stuck or won’t open is because you have it in the wrong spot. I know It might seem like it’s in the right spot but try to move them around because the smaller ones look about the same size but if you take ur time trying to move them around it’ll work! I figured mine out and It closes and opens smoothly.
thank you for your feedback. the beads that are inside of the drawer rolling thing popped out when I initially was putting it together because of the pressure pushing in the drawer so it is not smooth going in and out so I just leave it alone. Maybe I will give it a try but I don't want to make anything worse. I am happy it worked out for you

Anoshah’s Artistry and there was a whole foot print on the box. Big ass foot print, luckily I haven’t seen any damage yet. On the dressers we are finishing the table top in the morning.

Does the table top just sit on the drawers? I just got mine and there's no way to attach the table top to the drawers, so it just slides. I'm too scared to put the mirror on top, it doesn't seem safe at all
Yes the tabletops sit on top of the drawers . Some people have said that they put double sided tape on top of the drawers and then the table top so it doesn’t slide . Mine slides sometimes but nothing major. The mirror sits on top of the table top with no screws but doesn’t move for me. I also have my station against the wall.
I always wanted an impression vanity and mirror I finally purchased girl it took me hours days lol to built it so many steps I was a kinda disappointed in the quality I thought it was a white shiny type it was just plain white and the wood is not all that for the price it feels like a cheap material not too bad but for the price that I pay not worth the price I love the mirror tho

From my knowledge I believe it covers if your package is lost, stolen, and damaged. That’s what it stated on their website. It’s good to have it for a peace of mind, especially since shipping has been crazy lately due to COVID19
Because I ordered mine during the holidays it took a while. My first package was the drawers and that took about 2 weeks, the mirror and bulbs came in about a month. Apparently, they were backed up.
I feel like my drawer are kinda hard to open n close. My drawers came and have scratches n dents to. The box mine came in was in rough shape. I emailed impressions but haven't heard anything back yet
I know that story all too well. That’s exactly why I wanted to give an honest review. They took forever to get back to me and I never even got a chance to speak to anyone on the phone. They never answered or called me back. I would have to send emails constantly. And by the time they could have even done something about my broken drawer I already had everything assembled and was not going to do it all over again. But make sure you complain to them and take pics to send in an email.

Lol yea it’s a lot of work. Make sure you have a hot glue gun. The glue they sent was trash to me
Does the bottom shelves wobble? I just put the shelves together and they are eh wobbly but I’m hoping the topper will help?
The topper helps balance it out. Whenever the top table moves I just adjust it.

Don’t Use a Glue Gun?!!? Lol Use liquid nails or gorilla glue in the caulking tube. Use with a caulking gun. Apply to all seams.
