According to scripture, it means that Sab jagah god hi hai. Jo dekhta hai aur Jo dikhta hai, WO sab ek hi energy or God hai. But u said that is Soul. I think soul is nothing. Its also God. As per Astavakra. Only one thing is true that is God and it is all there only. Body is simple instrument. San much sirf the raha hai ek river Ki tarah.
