I'm looking for speech to speech that I can feed pre-recorded audio files into. Does RVC or W-Okada support that, or do you know of something that does? I'd love a .VST for my audio DAW, but as far as I can tell that doesn't exist. I love your content.

I don’t mean to butt in, but if you want affordable studio quality I highly recommend the Tascam DR-40X, it’s amazing and doubles as an audio interface. Very crisp audio.
In these videos, I consistently see people doing M>F voice changing with an offset of 12 seminotes, or an octave. Usually it's too much, experiment with lower values for a realistic voice change.
what equipment do you have? I mean how much have you paid for your computer, can you use a 12 GB graphics card, or do you have to have a 16 GB to be on the safe side.
The biggest component is my GPU which is an RTX 4090. 12 GB graphics card works fine as I have tested it on an Nvidia 3060 12 gb, it just has to be run slower.
will I feel the big difference if I train on a 40-80 compared to the 4090 series I mean Should I invest the last extra money or am I also good at driving the 4080

I am trying to currently figure somthing out and i am seriously stumped if anyone has a solution or just answer for me i would love to hear it, So basically i got RVC found voices i like and was like damn i wish i could use these on vr chat or just a vr headset in general for some funny voice stuff with friends or trolling but when testing it with VRchat i found out you are locked into either not hearing anyone and they hear your voice changer or you don't hear yourself and you hear your voice changer and nobody else does, so i thought about it and figured the only real way to have both work is through a mixer so my question is if i buy a GOXLR mini or some other mixer can i use RVC in VRchat with both having my friends hear my voice changer plus being able to hear my friends, i saw it was possible for discord and i tried the same set up but for VRchat but i can't use 2 microphones at the same time most likely without a mixer, I use a valve index by the way. if anyone can help give any info if that would work i really want to know cause if i am just jumping the gun for somthing impossible would be nice to know, thx.
You think this is faster than W Okada? I'm thinking about just saving my money and getting 2 3060s and have one dedicated to this program or Okada only for the sake of just being able to meme and do sus things on the cheap. I need stability and don't wanna pay 2k for that

I would love to, but two things: AMD is still in a relatively bad spot for AI stuff for usage with these open source tools and also, I don't have an AMD GPU :/
Server I believe has one less layer to pass the audio through and goes straight to the server, making it faster. Client processes audio through the client first then to server, so it's slower.
When I speak to my mic it doesn't play the voice at all and only does than when I click Stop audio conversion than it will play a 0.5 second clip of AI voice of the word I just spoke, does anyone else have that problem

The RVC GUI supports this in the inference area, you can batch process at the lower part of the inference section
Use a couple of virtual audio cables, and use foobar2000 or so to play back your source.

I use an XLR setup. The board is behryinger xenyx 802 usb and the mic is the behryinger xm8500

Did you have almost real-time because of the 4090? Any chances to get similar results with a 3090?
3090 should be fine. I've gotten relatively fast with a 3060.
Can you make an RVC voice yell? Like, if I talk in a regular voice, is there a way to make the RVC voice shout out the text instead?

You need to train a male voice of your choice. Or download an already trained one

It may be more stable for some, but W-Okada's is still the fastest one
