    This would have been a horrific trial to be a juror on. I don't think I could have done it. Those autopsy photos alone would have pushed me over the edge. God bless those jurors for doing their job.

      You have to remove a lot of emotion and look at it as a job. I agree though very tough case. The Stauch case bothered me more than this one. Idk why.

    The fact she said, "The idiot can't do anything right alone, morone" on the phone about Alex Cox after attempted murder of Tammy is enough to convict her of that charge. What else would anyone need? Alex being around Chad Daybell's property the night Tammy died...

    The court should offer therapy to all the jurors.

      But from what we've heard she did cry when her lawyer threw Chad under the bus during closing arguments. They said she was very upsetl. All I can come up with is that her kids meant nothing to her:(

      That's a tough one, esp that was her only daughter, who her teen yrs could see right thru her moms shenanigans,
      Her dance only rm with wall2wall mirrors, and how many times has that child moved. Tylee was probably at five/six diff schools in five yrs. No teen wants to keep relocating when they should be stable in school and home life.

    Im curious about something…as a juror are you allowed to not look at the photos when they come up? If you didn’t want to go so far as to remove yourself or leave the courtroom but you just simply didn’t feel you could see said images…would you be allowed to look away and never view the images while still being an active participant in the jury proceedings?

    • @juleswick

      @@lorishu48103 I understand that part. I’m asking specifically if a juror is allowed to opt out of looking at autopsy photos or other graphic images that are presented in court.

    Listening to this juror begs the question: is the state liable for costs of counseling after having to sit through a trial like this?

    • @257rani
      @257rani Год назад +1

      Dawn I think they are offered counseling, After a Traumatic experience like this.

    I DISAGREE. I think u are misrepresenting and somewhat exaggerating what she said bc WHAT I HEARD HER SAY in response to one of your questions about whether there was any hesitation to convict or if the state didn’t quite prove (- I can’t remember your question), but she basically said conspiracy to commit murder of Tammy had the least proof and she just would’ve wanted to explore that more by discussing this with her fellow jurors. But don’t make it sound like she was leaning towards not convicting on that charge. What i heard was that charge need more deliberating for her and that “could have” led to SOME doubt, but she made it sound like she was still heavily leaning to convict on that charge. Im annoyed.
    Edir to he clear that she was an excellent fair juror.

    This juror thankfully was an alternate! She admits she needed her teen child to console her !! What mother would have their CHILD CONSOLE THEM?? Get your meds and get to a psychiatrist!
    She was questioned by the state and the defense during selection why did she state she could do it?
    What a lunatic

    • @rhodagillen4892
      @rhodagillen4892 Год назад +2

      She didn't ask her child to console. Her daughter would see her upset when she got home and she would hug her. She did not discuss the case with her daughter. She may have thought that she was ok with being a juror in the beginning. At that time, she had no idea that she would be seeing pictures of a bucket of rotting flesh and charred bones or a badly decomposed body wrapped in plastic. Pictures of what had once been two children. Most people would have a difficult time in that situation. If you wouldn't, then maybe you're the lunatic and the one who needs to see a psychiatrist.

    100% all dead and she was involved. She removed herself so when her brother murdered Tammy she would have plausible deniability. Conspiracy in all the murders.
