Was this the week that Frankie Goes to Hollywood didnt perform Relax or they didnt show the video because it was banned for the next 12 months til it was lifted on 25th December 1984.
I guarantee that if this was a decade later they would have played relax on totp when it got to number one, put next to some of the dodgy shit that came out in the 90's this was pretty tame!! (probably wouldn't have shown the video though!)
+twitchygiraffe Relax was shown on TOTP in 1984 on the Christmas show. It was also played on Radio 1 on the year-end chart of 1984. They must have got rid of the ban some time in the middle of the year.
