Looking forward to checking everything out at Gen Con this year. Glad to hear that you will be able to wander around and explore. Love the channel and I will def say hi if I see ya!
Love the video! Hope to see you in the wild this week!! 🤩... There's no room for a comfort zone at Gen Con. 😅 I still try to make room, though! 🤣 Thank you for this list! It helps get me amped up!
So cool to hear you're going to Japan - it's a wishlist destination for me ! Also love the idea of playing Let's Go To Japan in preparation :) You already have so much to check out, but I've been following a new Montreal design team called Horizon Games and their first Euro-style game called Natera. It's on KS in August, but they'll be at Gen Con in the events hall if you have time to find them. The art and theme of post-apocalypse animal tribes taking over again looks very cool. Excited for the vlogs!
Hi! Thank you so much for including my game Gnome Hollow on your list!!! If you are coming to GenCon, please stop by and say hi! I will be working in the Op booth! I love that you found out about my game from my stickers! The stickers were actually inspired by Gnome hollow:) When I prototyped my gnome meeples, my wife loved how they looked so much that she encouraged me to make sicker for some of our favorite games. And the Etsy shop was born:)
Definitely check out Spectacular! I do think you will fall completely in love with the game, just as you already have with it's cover 🤩 The solo mode is really good too!
So excited for River Valley Glassworks. I've played so much on BGA. Backed it because its so great but a huge selling point was the solo mode. Let's Go! To Japan is such a good game. Still need to get Nocturne and Stonespine Architects to the table
While you're cruising the GenCon halls, could you post if you're finding more and more publishers are using acrylic standees? Personally, I hate cardboard, don't mind wood, have more game minis than I could ever paint, so using Goldilocks logic, the acrylics are just right (and I think they look best as you cannot see through miniatures). And since I have your eyeballs' attention, did you do the animated graphics of the daisy and leaf? I could stare at those all day, okay maybe just hours. But they are very adorable. Well done and thank your for this video.
Let's Go! to Japson is great....and yes it will definitely help you plan your trip to Japan. If you have the chance to pickup the Kickstarter edition I would recommend it because it comes with a ton of extras/expansion and the game pieces are painted wood
I highly recommend Bomb Busters. We will have a few copies to sell at the Pegasus Spiele booth. Also, we will be having demos of Michael Keislings follow up to Azul, called Intarsia. Come and check that out! We will also be showing off Stefan Feld's Civolution during some of the con.
Ok here we go. I'll try to limit myself to just comment on the games I'm most interested in but I can't promise anything 😂 Of course I want to try Cities which looks amazing and sounds like lots of fun. Same for River Valley Glassworks. Things in Rings is one of my most wanted party games. I also want to try the Cascadia Roll & Writes. And Kinfire Delve. And Stonespine Architects. And Mistwind. Landmarks sounds like fun as well. As does Word Traveller. I think I knew about Open Season before but somehow it hadn't found its way onto my wishlist until I looked it up a few moments ago. Rock Hard 1977 is one of my most wanted games from this year's GenCon releases. Love the theme. Cafebaras is so cute, I really want to try this as well. And Park Life Hedgehog... I mean... a game in a plushie? FateFlip Washed Ashore is another one of my most wanted games from this year's releases. It reminds me of Cast Away and Robinson Crueso and maybe a bit of my favorite literary classic Treasure Island. I loved the cover art for Spectacular as well and it is the only reason why I put the game on my wishlist 😂 (Since then I read a bit more about it and it is still on my list) A Midsummer Night's Fayre looks super interesting. Tír na nÓg is one of my most wanted games from 2024. I knew nothing about Parks Roll & Hike but I also watched Taylor and Ilya's video and that made me want to try it. Moving Wild looks really cool and I definitely want to play it. Fromage is another one of my most wanteds of 2024. I played it on BGA and it is great. Middle Ages is fun as well. I'll always play this if anyone asks me.😊 Kronologic Paris 1920 sounds very interesting as well. Oh I want to play Moon Rabbit so bad as well.
Fellow Canadian from Ottawa also heading to GenCon. Looking forward to it.

Really appreciate this list, and did not care at all how long it was! Hope I get a chance to say hello at Gen Con. Looking forward to your vlogs!
Excellent video and I love the shirt and stickers. I would love to have both 😊
Thanks for the full rundown! Lots of games that look good that weren't on all the other "hotness" lists. Have fun at Gen(na) Con!
I’ll be at Gen Con! First time ever! I LOVE the shirt and would buy one! I hope I see you there 😊

So „let’s get cozy & play some board game” is super nice 😊 but stickers should be „the board game garden” promote more your super channel ❤
Lots of interesting and great looking games that were completely out of my radar nor have been hinted by other channels. Thank you!

Tir Na Nog is a great game! I've enjoyed all of our plays so far.

How come your pretty new custom tee doesn't have your channel name on it? Never miss a chance to build your brand!
Love the t shirt!
Love the new haircut!!
Absolute perfection!😊
That shirt is awesome!
My wife would like to add another big “Yes” to the
T-shirt ; add your logo on a sleeve or somewhere
Want to demo Arcs for sure. In terms of buying i want to hit up Metrorunner. I like cyberpunk themes and i like rondels in games.
