Not sure people even know what a “Superstar” is anymore. It’s part popularity contest and part top player at your position. Kat checks both of those boxes. Ant on the other hand while a top player at his position is not well known across America, thus not a superstar.

As an MN fan. I'm not that bothered by the trade. Towns is a good Human Being. And a loyal player. But talent wise I don't think this sets the wolves back. Towns is a 60mil/year stretch four.
Also, Towns played 91 games out of 164 games over the course of the towns/gobert regular season experiment. They will be fine without him. And they have more depth now.
These dudes thought Miami was a championship caliber team last year..
At the end of the day the Knicks got an upgraded.

We got Julius, Rudy, and NAZ. We are fine. Plus Luka Garza who was mvp of g-league also. KAT will be the center point for NY as their big man. We don’t need soft big men. We need big men that can mix it up like Julius
