This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 428 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessonsÀ we that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Water is always the first thing I have as soon as I wake up!! I used to workout on an empty stomach usually, because I didnt want to have an upset stomach. But now, I always eat something, at least a banana with peanut butter or hummus and cracker etc. I feel way stronger like this ❤️💚🫶 thank you so much for watching the video
Hi Flora, your videos are always a source of inspiration! I would like to give you some advice, do not touch the skin with the pipette because you risk contaminating the product with skin bacteria. I know you often see this done on social media but many dermatologists advise against it. I wish you the best! 💕

Gave me a huge boost of motivation to create a healthier morning routine just to feel better in myself 😊 May I ask, is it ok to use protein powder if currently you don’t have an active lifestyle? I always worry that protein powder is only used for muscle growth, but wondered if it could also be used just to achieve daily protein target as I often have oatmeal for bf but not sure of other higher protein sources other than soy to boost the overall protein in the meal. Hi! Thank you so much for watching my video, I am really happy it inspired you!!❤ Of course you can add protein powder to your oatmeal! It's a really easy way to make sure you eat a balanced meal. Many times when I don't have time that's what I rely on as it's a lifesaver. Just make sure if you use a protein powder, buy one that has a full amino-acid profile to make sure you are on track with those! But, if you want different ways to boost up the protein content of your breakfast, I would highly recommend adding nuts and seeds to your oatmeal. Hemp, flax (ground) and chia (soaked) are really good ways to pump up the protein content and they are also high in omega-3 so win-win! Also if you just make a granola from different types of nuts, it's a great protein source. Peanut butter and other nut butters are great too! I hope this helped! Sending you soooo much love❤❤❤
Dont make your bed first thing in the morning.. let it dry first. Unless you want to give bed mites a home.. And while doing your skincare: never put the pipette directly on your face, skin bacteria will stick to it.
