Unfortunately I am not a site engineer there, but I guess it would take minimum 4 to 6 months for construction works and for finishing it would take further 2-3 months, if the work remains continue in similar pace.

Dekhiye sir pichle saal 1st round jab hostel allocation ho raha tha to minimum 70 km gya tha.
Aur second round bhi hua tha but uska data filhaal mere paas nhi hai
To shayad hostel mil jayega... Mai aapko confirm kar doonga bahut jald..
