Hello !! I'd love to have more of a dialogue with you all so if you have any questions or comments for me, please submit them here: forms.gle/12TbGeFQqmsPteDv8 I'm thinking I can respond to these as mini Q&A's in my vlogs 🩵
Your feelings at the end of the video are very true. When travelling, especially solo, it’s far too easy to want to ‘have the best’ and ‘do the best’ in the cities you go to so you don’t feel like you’re wasting your time and effort in getting there. I’ve often spent hours going between different book shops in cities because I was searching for the perfect notebook to travel journal in. Blinkers on and not enjoying the city, when I’ve actually enjoyed it most when I go too tired and just sat in a park for hours just living like a local. As soon as you said you just went to the first bistro you saw just so you could have that moment over and start enjoying it I was like ‘yes’. Because it’s so true, and so refreshing that all you wanted was to enjoy Paris, and expectation changes took away from any enjoyment when they don’t go right. By going to that bistro you distilled down what you actually came to Paris for and took the complication out of it! Don’t give up on going on city trips!
this was so LOVELY to read !! thank you for sharing-it really resonated with me 🥰 i won't give up on city trips or reseting my expectations to enjoy the moment 🏙️ i hope you eventually found a notebook to travel journal in (even if it wasn't the perfect one hehe ✨)
great question! i usually do this when i'm on a particularly quiet street with low traffic so i'm not usually worried about it but it's definitely a risk, thanks for watching ✨
Good evening Georgia how are you? I was wondering what went wrong with this same video you posted here yesterday afternoon time! I think the train appeared to be so stress free!
Sometimes the best places come about because they just happen, not expected.

Always nice to see my home base city from the eyes of a foreigner.

Do you ever get scared someone may take your camera while you’re across the road. Love your videos.
