I could listen to Mr. W all day, such an inspiring man.
He is so well spoken I am not familiar with him can you tell me anything ?
@@Verrifit he has a couple of successful men’s style magazines and he’s a known watch collector
Wei,
Congratulations! You and Cartier have knocked it out of the park on this one. I would also like you to know that the Revolution videos featuring Eric K. & John G. Have inspired me to become a Cartier enthusiast. Thanks again for your passion and commitment to the brand. Keep up the good work!
I absolutely loved this. I could listen to Wei Koh talk about watches, and specifically Cartier, all day. This is the penultimate watch, and I hope Wei wears it in good health. Quite aspirational.
who's here since Loupe This sold a '67 London Crash for 1.5m? anyhow, absolutely gorgeous piece unique... I was gifted a Tank Solo when I graduated from high school and have been in love with the brand ever since. the Baignoire Allongée is the closest thing i have to a grail watch nowadays
1:15 ... Is that so?? We had an incredible sort of /precipitory/ (-?-) "watch", so lovely which was set on Our own time and subtly reminded anyone who dared scope it how narcissistic they were, *and "they" were*... The watch is now Off Market. Like a Ghost it _was_ there, but now it is Not. And We've had few Actual "Crash's" too... 🖤🖤🖤.
This channel popped up for Watches and Wonders and I’ve been hooked, great videos!
7:32 that’s Charles Lewis Tiffany
“I actually have no idea who Tyler the creator is, I’m sure he’s great” Lolol
Thanks for sharing and love to see your enthusiasm. Jeremiah is a knowledgeable co-host also.
Absolutely incredible.. Thanks for sharing your story.
Appreciate the host has prepped for this video, though saying ‘I am no expert’ to then rattle down multiple years and Parisian street names on command amused me.
Also that white gold & midnight blue combo 😘
Love these videos, always a pleasure listening to Wei and his authentic enthusiasm :)
Congratulations on the Crash! It's absolutely stunning.
Only in Singapore ...... Obsessed........ !
Absolutely incredible content 💙
This crash is a beautiful design but to me is extremely reminiscent of a famous painting by Salvador Dali where there are some melted watches.
learning a lot about watches from revolution watch!so far have seen two episode pate and Cartier
the tragedy... the cartier crash first light is my favorite dress watch now....
Amazing!
That is a stunning piece indeed
Gorgeous piece. 💯👍
Amazing piece !!!
Congratulations 🍾
You are a lucky guy !!!
Enjoy
The most likely story is of course the inspiration on Dali painting. In fact it is so obvious anyone who sees the watch will immediately say wow a Dali watch!
great episode, thanks.
and he says he is no expert... very cool vid!
Thanks for sharing Wei. A quick question on Cartier deployant clasp. Where should the C buckle sit on the wrist - centre or more left? If centre, then I find the arm of clasp not centralised on the inside. If the C buckle is positioned more to the left, then the entire arm of clasp will sit comfortably centralised on the inside. Thanks for your thoughts.
A simply superb video. Thank you!
Fully lumed dials Carriers would be amazing and fits their white dial aesthetic.
Holy cow anybody catch 806,000 Swiss francs.
Is that what he paid for a piece unique
Cause I thought for a standard crash from london it’s like $40k retail $100k secondary
It was rather unclear to me as well.
I believe that the cost for Wei's Crash was unspecified.
However just over halfway through the vid (17:44) the host mentioned that a true vintage Cartier London Crash went up for auction for 806K Swiss Francs.
At the end of the vid (26:03) the host said that, should Wei ever (and highly unlikely) sell his new Cartier NSO Crash piece unique that, it would fetch a higher hammer price than the previous Cartier London Crash auction cost.
Great video, thanks for sharing this
Wei still jabbing Gregory Pau. Love it.
Enjoyed the video!
Such a good talk!
Great content!
its funny how he says ... i'm no expert..
I got that calling as well. Just need to determine where i need to go. Already into the Reverso but the Tank keeps pulling me in.
Congratulations by the way, something I should have started with.
Absolutely loved the conversation but, the watch not so much🤔🤔🤔
So certain people get offered the exclusivivity and then there's many pyramids to make a house
Fuck me. Elegant and Stunning!!!!
I love the crash and this one is so unique from everyone I’ve seen
🔥
Wei, I love you but king of elegance is Fp Journe. Next is Cartier.
this guys wears his watch under the wrist bone . Very uncomfortable and impractical
agreed it looks weird but whatevs
Nice Cartier duo. However, I couldn’t help but think how sad it is to not have any kids at Wei’s age and have your dog as the only “heir” to your watch collection.
@@user-js2dr9gv1u what is more sad is that you took time to actually write a comment!
kids are annoying though
Tell me ? are you a Yakuza or what. Why do you show your pigeon chest with tatoo? That crash is not matching a tattooed forearm. Sorry is my opinion.
