Great video. I was just wondering. Do i meed to change anything else than what you showed in the video? I really like how the spoke wheels look on the bike instead of the aluminum ones and was thinking about changing them. Thanks in advanced
Hello, great videos! My T2x already came with the 19th spoke wheels. I still have the original tires but I´m used to ride with TKC 80 in my previous bike because I love to go offroad. Wich size did you put in the back? 150/70 or 170/60? Thank you.
Would I be correct in assuming that the 19" upgrade wouldn't fit the single sided swingarm version of the T310? Local shop has offered me the latter or an extensive delay for the spoked version. Wondering about getting the 17" version and seeing how I go - not anticipating serious off road, just the odd forest track. Great videos, by the way!
NO, Single swingarm rear wheel is 'dished' to accept the 'inboard' brake disk. It also bolt to the hub with 4 bolts. If they make a spoked version it would be a special design.
Thank you for your video. I’m so glad to find this video and l learnt you could upgrade from 17” to 19” spoke rims. I’m 165 tall and getting and my home only sell 19” spoke rim 310T, so I am planning get a 17” spoke rim to drop down the bike little. ( saw your 17” vs “19 tall different). How about the ABS disc, did you change to 17” ABS disc or use the 19” ABS disc came with pkg?
Hi, what you saw in the video is what needs to be done. Nothing else. With the 60t front ABS ring the speedometer is 99.9% accurate ( not 9% optimistic like out of the factory) - A 312cc standard bike will NEVER do 160kph as advertised and tested on other RUclips channels. Also note the distance travelled is also accurate which will make the bike LOOK as if it is using more fuel. Again, this is now 100% accurate. The cost will depend on your country and the exchange rate. I do not have a price yet but also remember you need tires also.
@@rockfoxtravel3810 please give an idea of the cost before shipping? also I'm keen on switching to the spoked rims. Please do a more detailed tutorial especially on the ABS and the adjustments to the mud guard. Appreciate the videos, you're the only channel in Africa doing this for Zontes 310T. I will try and get the Beth Mobility team in Kenya to watch your videos. Thanks again.
@@rockfoxtravel3810 Thank you for answering, how much does it cost to order these wheels and can I do it through you? My dealer contacted the factory and told me 2000 eur 😆
Ohh Great, If the T1 is single arm, T2 a double arm, is the T then a Monocycle with no arm and one wheel? If I remember correctly the T range started as the T1 (All models) and then the T2 was basically an 'upgrade' with the bigger fuel tank, different key fob, upgraded clutch etc etc. But in any case I still enjoy the bike. Went on a trip again and really loved the 19" front and the lightness of the bike.

Nice wheel setup :-)

Hi, DO NOT go for the 17" model. There are easy ways to lower the bike properly. I will make a video soon.
@@rockfoxtravel3810 wow ... really ? Pls tell me how
Hello. Thanks for the video.
How much did it cost to make the change?
Did the ECU need reprogramming?
Thanks

Where did you buy them?
My local dealer arranged with the Zontes importer into South Africa
Hello tell me please where you ordered wheels size 19, and how much did they cost a set
sorry for late reply, I ordered them via our local importer in South Africa. Since the T2 are available you might get them from your supplier.
@@rockfoxtravel3810 Thank you for answering, and tell me how much does it cost?
@@rockfoxtravel3810 And is there a difference on the road? ?? 🙏
MUCH smoother on rutted gravel.

It's not a T1, it's simply a T.
The T1 has a single-sided swing arm.

@@rockfoxtravel3810 No, at first it was just T, then T2 and T1.
