He already has those powers, the ghost is from the first power selection and that doughnuts valley, this is from the 3rd power selection on gotenks so thats why die die missle barrage is a ultimate

This is why it came out so late in the life of the Nintendo DS (and only in Japan) and is one of the games with the best graphics on the system (and with a pretty terrible frame-rate too, especially on the original Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite.) In addition, he already had the Buu Saga even before Dragon Ball Kai ( anime ) confirmed this saga.

The game was never released outside of Japan so you can't get an English version of this. But, there is a fan translation for the game, google it you should be able to find it with ease.
