I saw some videos and I could be wrong but the eye one is maybe the glow in the dark? The glow in the dark ones are a grey color

The lighthouse "eye" ones I got are indeed glow in the dark, however you can also get them in the regular version, and you can get any of the other figures as glow in the dark as well.
