Next time use boiled peas and dry roast it without oil so that the moisture dries of..once it cools down dn stuff it in poori and cook it on high flame

My mother taught me how to make pooris and I feel like sharing those suggestions with you. She taught me that, "Roll the pooris evenly, a little bit thin. And the edges should be even. Also while frying, right after you drop the poori in oil make sure you press them for 3 seconds then turn it around." I hope you will take this suggestion and make more satisfied good pooris. ILY, keep vlogging. :))
Very very nice vlog..but don't use aluminium utensils..very dangerous to health..discard them..use good quality triply steel utensils nd use wood or silicon spoon for nonstick pan..it's maintain coating of ur utensils
Alluminium is not dangerous .there is no proof .it was a wrong information b.but other factor are dangerous .infact India produces large number of alluminium material

I really enjoy your vlogs.. feel like getting back to making mine after watching yours.. also I do have a suggestion to make for stuffed puris.. when you’re grinding the mixture avoid adding water, moisture does not allow puri to fluff up. Let it remain thick and try next time. Also when you drop the puri in the oil make sure it’s extremely hot and then apply slight pressure with drier on the edges , this will allow the puri to fluff up. Give it a try n do let me know if it worked😊
