@@DocGoodikins that's a good assumption seeing as it has the plague doctor aesthetic
Heh.. oil field. Ajarakan.. sounds like "a jerry can" which is a container used to carry oil or gasoline...
Funny. Its not a pun, but sure sounds like one. Nice.
the rath family is always a given, i do wish they would focus on something else, becuase how many times we gonna face a rathalos and rathian
I hope they don't reveal ALL the monsters. Keep some surprises. Rise literally showed every monster except final boss.
Is Seikret not a small monster?
Unknown. I hope we can hunt wild seikrets like we can hunt wild Yian Kut-Ku.
I am pretty sure Wudwud`s are lynians not feleins or maelynx as these are the wild palico`s while non cat like creature like the Baobao are Lynian`s
3 elder dragon so far🤔
7:30 could this Switch Axe be from Rompopolo too? It's a similar color and the monster seems to have insect like arms like the axe part.
No anjanath?
Close enough. Welcome to Monster Hunter Wukong
Hoping their not all fire based
I better see bazelgeuse diablos regular or black teostra barroth not barioth
Info on the black flame states it's a alpha of the area. Why are they asking if it's a elder 😂
It could be both
And also the only other two cephalopods are elders
@@ShrimpKing-k9q why did they emphasize elders and alpha's are completely different creatures highly doubt black flame will be both
@@dylan0063 they haven’t emphasized that all that they’ve really stated about the alpha’s is that they wouldn’t be flagships
@@ShrimpKing-k9q the issue about it being an elder is that it's referred to as an Apex *Predator* i.e. it's at the top of the food chain
Elder Dragons (except Nergigante) are outside of the natural food chain and so outside of areas with lots of elder dragon activity like the Elder's Recess; an elder dragon cannot be a part of the food chain, so the Black Flame cannot be an elder dragon
THE BAIT THOUGH!
no gammoth........
Peak
Idc give me the downy crakes back thats all I ask
I dunno if we need one of these each time a monster gets announced 😭
Why would Rompopolo cause poison buildup? It's literally an oil spill turned into a monster. Purple doesn't always mean poison
Yeah inhaling or igesting that kind of oil is poisonous to you, but personally I hope it's something akin to slime which makes you more susceptible to burning or explosions
@@kizugawa07 Yea that was my whole point. There are so many things they could do with oil besides poison. Specifically what they did with Alatreon
@@Dastardly_Duo and I completely agree there bro, I'm excited for what's to come

Imagine if we got a monster hunter game with a new roster of weapons, like, the devs just go ham on 14 new weapon types; possibly even just variations of what we have now, and replace the weapon types we have now? Or is that a dumb idea...? 🤔
Not a dumb idea but their main reason for not adding a 15th weapon is because they don’t want to release something that doesn’t have the same level of polish as the other 14.
So the likelihood of them doing what you suggested is low…very low.
First
Absolutely no one cares

Hey, since I know Josh will hardly ever make a concerted effort unless literally everyone tells him he's wrong, could you try harder to use the correct official pronunciations of the various Monster names, Hollow? It's become quite a bit of an issue for me when you can very clearly see their names are spelled a certain and even outright said aloud to dispel any pronunciation interpretations.
Womp womp, get over it
@@blob3853 How about no and we make a better effort to present information accurately? You know, make a real effort to avoid misinformation if possible. Not even asking that they actually do it correctly, just at least make a token effort.
@@GunlessSnake he said a made up name wrong, why do you care.
plus the name and how to write it is on screen so its not misinformation when the word is right there you can read it yourself
@@blob3853 All names are made-up, and yet we don't harp on people for wanting their names pronounced correctly. I just think it reflect poorly on the RGV team's part to not bother even trying to check how the names are pronounced, as it can colour how their viewing audience says those names to the detriment of the localization team who are given specific localized versions for official dubs to be used in an official capacity.
@@GunlessSnake sure human beings want their names pronounced correctly but made up pixels don't give a fuck cuz its made up. all I'm saying is that its not that serious
