LEDs are installed to make the backlight tubes and this backlight will be adjustable, the user can always turn it off or change its color.

Какое качество? Поверь не от хорошей жизни их применяли, других индикаторов тогда просто не было. А качество было ужасным. Дохли эти лампы как мухи. Меняли их очень часто из-за "отравления" электродов. Они не выхаживали даже тот мизерный срок указанный в спецификации.
