It depends a bit where you are in the flightplan and what type of waypoint they are giving you. If it is a beacon you can switch to V/L mode until you pass the intermediate waypoint and then continue on to another waypoint in your original flightplan. Or you could cancel the autoload and continue with manually entered waypoints, or you can create a new flightplan and load that into the CDU...
@kev6848 There are many sources, the easist is probably if you use RouteFinder to create a flightplan. There are also freeware flightplanners available or payware planners like FS Build, or you could use charts off course. Jepessen en-route charts and terminal charts contain coordinates with each waypoint. It is important to remember however that the waypoint in the INS use a decimal number instead of seconds. (e.g. 30sec = 0.5 minutes) Björn
Hello Björn! I bought the Simcheck A300 for 2 days ago and I'm really happy with it! However I want sp2 but I don't know where it is... Could you please tell me where it is ?
Hey bro I really need your help you like skip the whole part you went from save to flight plan to some other screen how did you get to that and what did you do because I have this add-on and I do not know how to program the CDU
What happens if there are more than 9 waypoints does it take the rest from the flight planner and just keep updating them or do you have to go manual insertion of points after point 9??
-I followed the directions as indicated however I never get the green light after I click insert. Do you have any Idea of what I could have done wrong?
@neelixxx90 Hi, The INS is the actual navigation unit, the CDU is the interface between the user (the pilot) and the navigation unit itself. You do not enter data into the INS but into the CDU. Björn
Hi, When something stops working it is best to check what may have changed in your set-up recently (between the last time it worked and the first time it stopped working). Does the autopilot "HDG" mode still work? Did you load the flightplan correctly into the INS? If HDG mode still works than INS mode should also work as they use the same interphase with FSX...
@WrahnsThe INS will continue to load new waypoints until it reaches the end of the flightplan. Example: - You are flying from current position to WP1 ==> INS will show "01" - After passing WP1 it will show "12" no WP's are available yet - As soon asWP2 is passed and "23" is shown, WP1 is available and the 10th WP in the flightplan will be loaded in position "1" Björn
my A300 INS dont work with the NAV anymore (yes i switched from V/L to GPS) i dont know what it is, same thing with my just flight L-1011 (yes i switched from navigate by radar) what the hell is it?
Hi, I assume you have purchased the boxed version of the software? For this please check this forum entry on the Aerosoft dedicated forum: forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/42551-sp2-for-boxed-owners-and-those-that-purchased-downloads-elsewhere/
Several things can be the cause of this: - Are there any waypoints in the memory slots? If not then the flightplan can not be read and you should check that the flightplan is saved in FSX format and stored at the correct location on your harddisk - How many waypoints do you have in the flightplan? If this is 9 or less then the whole flightplan will load in one go and you will get the RED light instead of the GREEN Björn

Just Curious is this model work with Fsx Steam?

Glad to hear you like it!
Sounds is OK here, not super, I'm not a professional trainer with expensive recording equipment however ;-)
