£2.60 was the maximum fair West Midlands travel changed and I thought that was expensive until I moved to the borders , buses should be free and payed for by the local council in my opinion
WCM buses are better than First. The old stock from the First borders fleet is now here in service in the forth valley and at Livingston. Stagecoach Kirkcaldy running double deckers that are less thwn 10 years old while First Forth Valley apart from the University branded buses the newest double deckers are almost 14 years old with even older tridents often in front line service. Horsburgh's double deckers operating school runs are newer than many of First's double deckers in front line in service. Just hope Stagecoach can divert the X27 back into Forth Valley Royal like the X24 and X26 and force the First X36 and X37 to terminate at Cumbernauld Town Centre or Greenfaulds station.
