Yep I anticipate a huge nerf to Lin which would be so good! she looks so absurdly strong in CN i hope they adress it so Lin isnt a SSSR alone on her tier. That would be nice actually, with all content creator telling us to save for her lol
There could be an issue with this. This would mean the Devs would have to do double the work to make sure CN and global are balanced/synergy for newer characters on their respective version.

If you're an f2p, highly advice pulling her on the last 3-1 days of her banner. Global didn't follow the cn banner release so its all guess work from her on out on which characters are going to go out next and stats are also not the same on CN so we won't really know which characters are going to be meta(pull for who's fun is my way of things btw). If you wait at the end of frigg's banner Tof might reveal who's banner will come next within the last 3-1 days(hopefully) of friggs banner, which helps you to prepare in case Tof throws a curveball( I'm not taking any chances that leads to me missing saki fuwa)
Frigg being nerfed isn't a bad thing. On CN the powercreep was so strong it literally made previous characters barely useless. Those nerfs is a good thing because it avoids that powercreep

I like the balance changes they are doing. It seems like they plan to make power creep less aggressive in global. I am also curious to see how they change and balance Lin, since they are changing all limited characters it appears.
It could also mean that they are planning to make more aggressive power creeps. For example, they might make saki and other resonance characters like say 25% or 30% resonance. It wouldn't make sense for them to release saki with the same 15%.
sure but in CN 2.0 and further content is a lot tougher than what we have now, so unless they end up tuning down every single future enemy, these adjustments will end up hurting players a lot
@@the-suspect I disagree, they could set a standard for resonance to just be 15% that way people have the option to pick between different characters when building teams and not feel like they have to have Saki because she has the resonance, but instead let players be able to pick between Frig or Saki because they will both have 15 percent. Also I don't think they will up Saki resonance because then volt teams would get instantly crapped on due to only a 15 percent resonance. This is also just my opinion though and they very well could do what your saying.
think they lowered the multiplier is she has ice resonance, she's already giving herself a buff ahead of time, team her with tsubasa with the stacks she's going destroy still

I have and use myrl and coco so I think frigg fits the trinity very well. Dps/tank/healer Dps/shatterer/charger Checks all the boxes. Currently using crow as my damage dealer.
@@gachaleaks8654 but saki is still a tank. So I think frigg (being a dedicated dps) will still outperform saki in damage dealing. I also have myrl at 1s, same with my coco. F2p life is tough. Lol

i do hope they do these balances in global. so standard banners can still be useable even in the long run. it's sad that the character you already loved playing becomes irrelevant in the future

@@leonung7019 Also coming from a whale, I believe nerfs are a good thing when done right. To drop 257 down to 143 is an insane nerf. There is only power creep if every single character becomes insanely op. To nerf character this bad and most likely future ones as well, they must make endgame easier in some way. You don't want powercreep? Make everyone viable. Not make everyone weaker.
Since they're adding resonances and shifting things around it makes sense that they're going to dial the numbers in to some extent. Global is it's own entity. We need to see how these changes pan out in context.
Her dodge attack has not been nerfed. It’s the exact same value as a base Frigg in cn. You’re very likely looking at a leveled frigg on cn which gets stronger….clearly.
@@awxrdg5256 another big point of potentially false info I see going around is “they removed her 15% frost atk buff for the frost resonance” which currently that buff is tied solely to the domain of frost buff her skill activates, so it won’t be mentioned within the tooltip ever. You’d have to check actual buff in game which we physically cannot check until her release and we can activate her skill to check the buff on the screen. So anyone preaching this nerf is uninformed that actually do not know and cannot check and is blowing smoke up your ass.
Damn, now that worries me ! If Saki Fuwa doesn't also get the ice resonance, it will mess up my plans real hard ! I'd rather have Frigg simply nerfed than have Saki Fuwa not get the resonance !
@@sorakey4005 Yup, for me the plan was to main a healer team with Coco as main healer and Tsubasa for group pve, and then have a secondary team as a tank with Saki, Meryl and Coco or Frigg if healing isn't a problem (for Solo Pve). But Saki losing the resonance means that Saki/Meryl/Coco isn't so great anymore and leveling up Coco as main healer (which i have already started, she's 1*) isn't so interesting either...
She will if they don't want to rework her 1st star since It works with resonance, they could just have It both and just not be able to stack both, only 1 counts
i think this is really good for powercreep problem in CN but this is also a good test field for CN too, if the balanced ver in GLB works out they can bring these balance back to CN

They can NEVER nerf something after its gone through a gacha banner.

Seeing Frigg getting nerfed this bad makes me think that Claudia would get a huge buff... The 15% dmg bonus being removed is fine since it basically moved to the ice resonance, but her dodge attack damage % nerf is a pain to look at. I can't even imagine how bad the nerf for Saki Fuwa would be...
is it a nerf if she still has the 15% increase to damage somewhere else in her kit. I feel like it would still be a slight buff because she always has + 15% bonus ice attack at all times instead of just her domain. Now if Saki also has a Ice resonance or even a better version then its a nerf

I believe her Frost domain bonuses I and II stacks, so at 6 stars, she went from a +40% ATK total bonus to a +12% total bonus. It's a 13% nerf in the short term, and a 28% nerf in the long run if we get Saki with resonnance.
Are they also rebalancing Bygone Phantasm on Global or? I feel like w all the changes, theyre making Bygone for Global atleast at the HIGH Floors, really difficult. Because theyre stripping quite a lot of damage from characters I mean 100% nerf to her Dodge ATK? and Nemesis was also nerfed.. who is another staple on CN Teams for HIGH level Bygone Phantasm
@@ParafrostV I mean thats good, you're not supposed to be soloing those (like you can on CN with the completely OP weapons), its a mmorpg. Besides they can always nerf the enemies itself if they become too strong on solo modes for the current weapon power level.
Its better to think of it like they reworked her. The 15% instead of being exclusively on her skill, its now just on 100% of the time, and all ice characters get it while in a party with Frigg.
I'm sitting on a 1* Nemesis that I got within 21 pulls and I really don't wanna shelf her. Still a low level acc, only have Crow as another SSR. If I picked up Frigg, can Nemesis fit into a PvE team with her with... Lets say Tsubasa using Frigg as a pseudo-breaker or Meryl and foregoing the damage buff from Tsubasa, would I be gimping myself in PvE by not running the presumed Frost trinity?
After the nerf is nemesis more valuable than frigg? I got samir or meryl for the resonance and im ok with going for the frost or volt team in the future
My bet is that all limited banner character will come with resonance. This is to help make the game more f2p friendly as they can focus on fewer limited banner weapons and still enjoy the resonance bonuses. As for Frigg being a good choice or a mere whale trap will depend on the frost point damage requirement. It makes no sense to not lower it down while lowering so much of the overall dps. I've prepared 66k gems to get her c6, but will wait a few days for content creators to do testing with her before deciding to summon her.
She really fit my team I am currently using 1 star Meryl, 2 stars Huma and 2 start Shiro. With Frigg, I will have 2 teams. A tank team, with Meryl, huma and Frigg and a damage team with Frigg, Shiro and Meryl. Before knowing she was coming, I was about to run a physical team with Shiro and Claudi, + Meryl or Huma. But since Frigg is coming, I can start putting my ice team together xD.
NGL I was planning on savings for frigg. I'm happy and sad at same time because I was planning on savings enough BC to made her on 3 star, so basically my BC that I have now is only few especially I just pull for Nemesis... If anything goes, having 0 star might not be bad especially she's gonna be in the limited banner early in the future after Nemesis.
I honestly hope they take resonance off Saki and Ruby and just give them more dmg so they are the main dps of the team. Would help keep people's investments in Cobalt and Frigg at 100% value.
I actually hope they both take resonance off them and also nerf their damage by a lot. To me, the way the CN meta evolved was extremely unhealthy and unbalanced, with characters that could both shield break and deal damage extremely well. Essentially Ruby and Saki Fuwa are too "perfect" in every way (not to mention Lin). I think the best course of action is to make their damage potential worse than Cobalt and Frigg, and relegate them to a more specialized shield breaker role. They'll still have a place in meta by being better than King or Meryl, but they would not be the uber-OP one man armies that they are right now.
@@aerohydra3849 Agreed. Especially with Lin they really, really need to adjust some numbers. It was more like "I have no idea what my other two weapons are, but Lin goes brrrrrr!" and made everything compared to her just secondary. So far I'm very happy and surprised how Global is tackling things, giving more meaning to synergy between units apparently, instead of just powercreeping outright. Let's hope it'll stay that way.
I think I'm still gonna draw Frigg becos of the skill set to use with Saki later on. Frigg resonance and invincible skill output can buff Saki 5 skill,skills cooldown plus X2 dmg output.
I like that the devs are trying to balance things. I'd rather they release a character underpowered than release an absolutely overpowered character. An underpowered character can be freely buffed to standard later if enough people complain but an overpowered unit will remain overpowered until power-crept.
If Saki gets released with Ice resonance in the future Frigg would have lost 28% Ice Atk for whole Team (if Saki doesn’t get Ice resonance it still would be 13%) also got a 50% dmg nerf on her main attack (which is not very relevant cause once Saki comes out she is gonna be used as a supp dps only) and also 20% dmg nerf on the bonus dmg from all ice element characters discharge skills. If Saki gets Ice resonance I’m gonna be mad cause what’s the point in pulling Frigg if I can just use Tsubasa while still having Ice resonance.
hello ,can i ask something ,what they means by off-hand slot ... i thought frigg resonance also work ,if you put frigg in slot 1 and another frost character in slot 2 or you put frigg and other frost character in slot 2 but you use slot 1 that only have frigg in it , i thought the resonance will activated ..but apparently im dead wrong ...so please someone kindly explain to me the meaning of the off-hand slot ...
@@awajinsei Its a great thing. Now new characters wont completely outclass the old ones at everything. They'll probably be like nemesis is on global, great and usually better than most average SSRs but not by that much (like on CN nemesis basically does as much damage as a DPS character as a healer lol which is really broken) so thats way more balanced.
@Ricardo Trindade the nerf is intended to give players choice and variety comp. If every limited banner is OP then everyone and their grandchildren will roll for that specific weapon. What’s the fun in that!?
I was originally going ice with Meryl and Tsubasa until the hot thunder spear guy dropped in CN. I've pulled Nemesis and will save for him. I wonder how they'll change him? Not that it matters since he wins at hotness... waifu/husbando>meta
Rn I'm split between pulling Nemesis and running Samir/Nem/Shatter or pulling Frigg and going Frigg/Tsubasa/Meryl. Given that I already got C1 Meryl and Tsubasa I'm leaning towards Frigg.
Idk man I like Saki Fuwa more. If she gets the resonance I'd rather have her but at the same time I want ice team and physical. So if Saki fuwa doesn't get resonance it'd be a big blow if I skip Frigg
Just a heads up, her skill description does not have the ice atk on CN either, you can only see it when it is in use above the healthbar, it's just that all these sites listing her abilities put it in there because obviously it's good to know. So if you could see if its actually missing or people are just spreading a bunch of misinformation that'd be nice. And yeah the first star is damage dealt, they jsut have horrible translations.
but it is in her CN passive description. Portion of that passive description went to her E skill, just without +15% ATK boost, and instead she got frost resonance as new passive.
I was really considering skipping her even though I was so excited for her initially and especially since I want Claudia but now I think I'll just go for her and pray for the best lol

I'm definitely focusing Ice so I'll still be pulling for Frigg. I'm f2p but got lucky with some early Tsubasa pulls so excited to see the two work together. Curiously, why is everyone so excited about Lin specifically. It seems she is the most anticipated SSR for global.
My future comp is going to be Saki Fuwa + Lin + Fill. I have S1 Tsubasa right now, should i still go for Frigg? Would a Saki Fuwa, Lin, Tsubasa team work?

Not a bad thing, but hopefully smth is done with Saki as well when she came. Otherwise playing these 2 together wont be as effective as CN and simply knowing that kinda suck, even if they still place on high tier.
the resonance will not change, there is two resonances for volt and nobody care for it, saky wil have another role but yes this is a nerf for both and is a good thing.
Thats what I thought so too, It should have been that way since Frig has DPS resonance and Saki has defense. It doesn't make any sense for Saki to be main DPS but somehow it turns out like that in CN lol.
She is top tier waifu material, so even tho she had some nerfs, her playstyle is unique, awesome and she is too hot lol. Totally pulling for her!!!! A question, I know its always a min/max to get more stars, but, is there a BIG change in any of her new awakenings? Without saying 6 stars ofc. There is one thing that has changed too, in global Frigg has slightly higher base stats. Thats why some of the multipliers were lowered, but it is yet to be seen if the nerf was too much or if its in same power as in CN.
you forgot the main reason i come here and watch your video : her max awakening. based on the wiki it states that frigg gain super armor (immune to cc) while inside frost domain at max awakening. 25 sec frost domain with 30 sec cooldown? that's kinda OP.
She's still a must pull if you want the top tier frost CN team. Because there's just no other frost char that can compete with Frigg as Saki's support. Period.
Yeah 100% still summoning for her. I've been preparing a lot to get my ice team. Yeah the dodge nerf sucks ass, however her having the frost resonance is pretty good for the time being. I got Meryl 5 star by chance and luck. So i'm trying to aim for at least 3 star Frigg for that passive and the outfit.
Just enjoy what yiy have and. Thankful for the ssrs you got, if u can get Frigg cool if not no worries bc next month the new hot HEY BUY THIS NOW thing will be out and you can try for it and eventually u will get one and most likely it will be the best one
It was some sort of a buff, to take out the 15% frost atk out from her domain, and put it as a resonance instead. Rotations would change, your playstyle will change. We will wait till she released, and work from there.
I think its a safe bet to assume pretty much almost every new character will be weaker than its CN counterpart, which means ppl should be careful basing their pull list around current CN stats. And this is good, allows standard SSRs to have more use even as the time goes on specially as you get more stars on them.
actually they nerfed enemies too, it's actually almost the same, the best CN character won't change, it's only make some standard character more usefull but the top tier still the same
I do like the nerfs but this one seems like a miss. if Saki ends up with frost Resonance then Frigg will end up doing nothing but buff shatter by 25% unless you get * on her, she will be outperformed by Tsubasa's attack buffs
So, if frigg have the ice resonance, no other character will have the ice resonance like sakifuwa for example, right? There will be so much power if 2 characters have the same resonance, and with that being said. Is frigg a must have for ice teams just for the resonance for the future?
Resonance does not stack, on CN the latest Volt character has the same resonance as Nemesis. The most likely scenario is that ALL limited units will have resonance from now on so people don't feel forced to use a specific unit on their teams.
I was planing to use her for her infinit dodge and abuse tsubas 3* but..... did i read fimbulwinter right - infinite dodge only works for Friggs (Balmung dodge) ?????? Can someone maybe confirm that??? If thats so, thtats gonna suck....
IMO, summon her if you like her playstyle. Otherwise, just save for your favorite. Don't force yourself to summon meta simulacra if you do not like their playstyle. But I'm definitely summoning for her because I'm motivated.

Dayuuum.. shit is crazy after watching the video from guitarock and how he broken down. You can clearly see the nerve they did. If people say it wasn't the nerf than look at the number. They change it to resonance and Friggs bread and butter Skill the most importantly is her dodge, they change it around. Just nerf her damage output. From what I herd her damage output when doing her skill multiplier was like over 200% and now her current which they just nerf went from that 200% to like one hundred forty something percent, I forgot the exact but it's around there. And of of her skill that also give her the stack ability for her frost wad also reduce as well. It kinda nutz... lol her her skill basically go into ice field domain and once she has the ice field domain it's GG for any monster cost her kit is after she dodge she attack giving multiple damage and with the ice field domain. Her dodge abity is basically infinite. Jusy spam her dodge and attack combo and her dps is over 9,000. This is from what I understand after watching guitarock video when he explain. Now I wonder how many people gonna pull her cause with her ice resonance she will do good wjth the future ice dps. It kinda suck how things will goo. Poor frigg lol 😆

We can't confirm the balanced update of Frig in global yet. It better to review the damage and her ability when she is release. Only then we can see the differences between global Frig and CN Frig.

We always say they are nerfed on Global but did we actually see what the stats of the enemies are? Are they the same with CN? Amount of HP DEF and stuff like that? Also are character stats the same?

sure she makes sense if you got meryl 4* (probably choose her weapon from the shop to up her?) if you enjoy meryl frigg makes sense pulling for...3star global frigg is abit overkill and idk if its really needed that much...1 star should be fine alrdy at a maximum for dolphins....then you can decide if you wanna go for saki / frigg /meryl or tsubasa/frigg/meryl lin/frigg/meryl depending on your prefered resonance and prefered 3rd character playstyle....or even coco if you wanna be "balance" resonance and for some reason hate lin and saki and tsubasa or wanna save up pulls for future content that we dont even know of yet

They nerfed her main source of damage and removed her core mechanic, which is buffing frost damage by 15% when using her ability. She didn't 'get it back in the form of frost resonance', they just removed it from Saki and put it onto her, so that's another 15% damage nerf to the frost comp. As opposed to Nemesis, which was only nerfed by like 5%. They did her dirty.
@@Jinruu Yeah, it’s a nerf because resonances don’t stack. My main concern is the low multiplier on her dash attack. What’s the point of the infinite dash if her normal attack sequence will do more damage? Her dash attack has a certain animation duration unlike her normal attacks so- it’s annoying.
If they nerfed frigg then it's pretty much confirmed they WILL nerf Lin, hopefully it's not a bad nerf and she will still be top tier meta for every team

The big thing is now her 15% buff won't stack with any other ice resonance characters. The decision to move where the buff comes from actually has a big impact. Abilites + resonance stack. Two resonance characters do not.
it depends, nemesis isn't 100% must pull if you are going to run any non volt team such as fire or ice teams, for volt teams nemesis is one of the most important characters, however eventually nem will be on the standard banner (probably a few months down the line)
if you're going to build volt comp, nemesis is a must pull, but if you go for ice comp, frigg... im actually going for ice comp but i dont need her, because im pulling for lin a saki, tsubasa take her place preety decent

@@swordmaster4448 she had a better buff before this and she contributed that buff to the ice team once saki fuwa released, she lost that field buff too so now she's only left with a resonance that will become replaceable and nerfed damage...

If you're an f2p, highly advice pulling her on the last 3-1 days of her banner. Global didn't follow the cn banner release so its all guess work from her on out on which characters are going to go out next and stats are also not the same on CN so we won't really know which characters are going to be meta(pull for who's fun is my way of things btw). If you wait at the end of frigg's banner Tof might reveal who's banner will come next within the last 3-1 days(hopefully) of friggs banner, which helps you to prepare in case Tof throws a curveball( I'm not taking any chances that leads to me missing saki fuwa)

Frigg being nerfed isn't a bad thing. On CN the powercreep was so strong it literally made previous characters barely useless. Those nerfs is a good thing because it avoids that powercreep

I like the balance changes they are doing. It seems like they plan to make power creep less aggressive in global. I am also curious to see how they change and balance Lin, since they are changing all limited characters it appears.
It could also mean that they are planning to make more aggressive power creeps. For example, they might make saki and other resonance characters like say 25% or 30% resonance. It wouldn't make sense for them to release saki with the same 15%.
sure but in CN 2.0 and further content is a lot tougher than what we have now, so unless they end up tuning down every single future enemy, these adjustments will end up hurting players a lot

@@the-suspect I disagree, they could set a standard for resonance to just be 15% that way people have the option to pick between different characters when building teams and not feel like they have to have Saki because she has the resonance, but instead let players be able to pick between Frig or Saki because they will both have 15 percent. Also I don't think they will up Saki resonance because then volt teams would get instantly crapped on due to only a 15 percent resonance. This is also just my opinion though and they very well could do what your saying.

When you look on the website you used before, Frigg on CN version there is 143.9% +8 attack on her dodge attack. Exactly like in the video.

There is only power creep if every single character becomes insanely op. To nerf character this bad and most likely future ones as well, they must make endgame easier in some way. You don't want powercreep? Make everyone viable. Not make everyone weaker.
Since they're adding resonances and shifting things around it makes sense that they're going to dial the numbers in to some extent. Global is it's own entity. We need to see how these changes pan out in context.
Her dodge attack has not been nerfed. It’s the exact same value as a base Frigg in cn. You’re very likely looking at a leveled frigg on cn which gets stronger….clearly.
I checked the website and it lists it as 143.9% under cn as well so i think you're right unless there's some sort of mistake there

@@awxrdg5256 another big point of potentially false info I see going around is “they removed her 15% frost atk buff for the frost resonance” which currently that buff is tied solely to the domain of frost buff her skill activates, so it won’t be mentioned within the tooltip ever. You’d have to check actual buff in game which we physically cannot check until her release and we can activate her skill to check the buff on the screen.

@@sorakey4005 Yup, for me the plan was to main a healer team with Coco as main healer and Tsubasa for group pve, and then have a secondary team as a tank with Saki, Meryl and Coco or Frigg if healing isn't a problem (for Solo Pve). But Saki losing the resonance means that Saki/Meryl/Coco isn't so great anymore and leveling up Coco as main healer (which i have already started, she's 1*) isn't so interesting either...
The resonance issue I think is the biggest. I wish they would clarify if saki would also have resonance.

I believe her Frost domain bonuses I and II stacks, so at 6 stars, she went from a +40% ATK total bonus to a +12% total bonus. It's a 13% nerf in the short term, and a 28% nerf in the long run if we get Saki with resonnance.
Are they also rebalancing Bygone Phantasm on Global or? I feel like w all the changes, theyre making Bygone for Global atleast at the HIGH Floors, really difficult. Because theyre stripping quite a lot of damage from characters I mean 100% nerf to her Dodge ATK? and Nemesis was also nerfed.. who is another staple on CN Teams for HIGH level Bygone Phantasm

Its better to think of it like they reworked her. The 15% instead of being exclusively on her skill, its now just on 100% of the time, and all ice characters get it while in a party with Frigg.

I'm sitting on a 1* Nemesis that I got within 21 pulls and I really don't wanna shelf her. Still a low level acc, only have Crow as another SSR. If I picked up Frigg, can Nemesis fit into a PvE team with her with... Lets say Tsubasa using Frigg as a pseudo-breaker or Meryl and foregoing the damage buff from Tsubasa, would I be gimping myself in PvE by not running the presumed Frost trinity?
After the nerf is nemesis more valuable than frigg? I got samir or meryl for the resonance and im ok with going for the frost or volt team in the future
My bet is that all limited banner character will come with resonance. This is to help make the game more f2p friendly as they can focus on fewer limited banner weapons and still enjoy the resonance bonuses. As for Frigg being a good choice or a mere whale trap will depend on the frost point damage requirement. It makes no sense to not lower it down while lowering so much of the overall dps. I've prepared 66k gems to get her c6, but will wait a few days for content creators to do testing with her before deciding to summon her.
I just hope that Saki wont lose her ice resonance. I really want her with that

She really fit my team I am currently using 1 star Meryl, 2 stars Huma and 2 start Shiro. With Frigg, I will have 2 teams. A tank team, with Meryl, huma and Frigg and a damage team with Frigg, Shiro and Meryl. Before knowing she was coming, I was about to run a physical team with Shiro and Claudi, + Meryl or Huma. But since Frigg is coming, I can start putting my ice team together xD.
the claudia team would probaly work much better for you if you could wait for her! having shiro would really make claudia shine :)

NGL I was planning on savings for frigg. I'm happy and sad at same time because I was planning on savings enough BC to made her on 3 star, so basically my BC that I have now is only few especially I just pull for Nemesis... If anything goes, having 0 star might not be bad especially she's gonna be in the limited banner early in the future after Nemesis.
Keep in mind that power creep in CN is so hardcore that people can solo hardmode 8 man raid bosses, balancing is a good thing.
That is why the game in CN isn’t going too good. The nerf in Global is a good direction.
I honestly hope they take resonance off Saki and Ruby and just give them more dmg so they are the main dps of the team. Would help keep people's investments in Cobalt and Frigg at 100% value.
I actually hope they both take resonance off them and also nerf their damage by a lot. To me, the way the CN meta evolved was extremely unhealthy and unbalanced, with characters that could both shield break and deal damage extremely well. Essentially Ruby and Saki Fuwa are too "perfect" in every way (not to mention Lin). I think the best course of action is to make their damage potential worse than Cobalt and Frigg, and relegate them to a more specialized shield breaker role. They'll still have a place in meta by being better than King or Meryl, but they would not be the uber-OP one man armies that they are right now.

It was more like "I have no idea what my other two weapons are, but Lin goes brrrrrr!" and made everything compared to her just secondary. So far I'm very happy and surprised how Global is tackling things, giving more meaning to synergy between units apparently, instead of just powercreeping outright.

I think I'm still gonna draw Frigg becos of the skill set to use with Saki later on. Frigg resonance and invincible skill output can buff Saki 5 skill,skills cooldown plus X2 dmg output.
As a whale who love dolphins, going to get Frigg mainly for her aesthetic. Having Tsubasa and Nemesis will just be the icing on top. Thanks Volkin!

I like that the devs are trying to balance things. I'd rather they release a character underpowered than release an absolutely overpowered character. An underpowered character can be freely buffed to standard later if enough people complain but an overpowered unit will remain overpowered until power-crept.
If Saki gets released with Ice resonance in the future Frigg would have lost 28% Ice Atk for whole Team (if Saki doesn’t get Ice resonance it still would be 13%) also got a 50% dmg nerf on her main attack (which is not very relevant cause once Saki comes out she is gonna be used as a supp dps only) and also 20% dmg nerf on the bonus dmg from all ice element characters discharge skills. If Saki gets Ice resonance I’m gonna be mad cause what’s the point in pulling Frigg if I can just use Tsubasa while still having Ice resonance.

Just a heads up, her skill description does not have the ice atk on CN either, you can only see it when it is in use above the healthbar, it's just that all these sites listing her abilities put it in there because obviously it's good to know. So if you could see if its actually missing or people are just spreading a bunch of misinformation that'd be nice. And yeah the first star is damage dealt, they jsut have horrible translations.
but it is in her CN passive description. Portion of that passive description went to her E skill, just without +15% ATK boost, and instead she got frost resonance as new passive.

the resonance will not change, there is two resonances for volt and nobody care for it, saky wil have another role but yes this is a nerf for both and is a good thing.

There is one thing that has changed too, in global Frigg has slightly higher base stats. Thats why some of the multipliers were lowered, but it is yet to be seen if the nerf was too much or if its in same power as in CN.
you forgot the main reason i come here and watch your video : her max awakening. based on the wiki it states that frigg gain super armor (immune to cc) while inside frost domain at max awakening. 25 sec frost domain with 30 sec cooldown? that's kinda OP.
and the best thing is that her cooldown starts counting as soon as you use the skill, not after it expires XD so 5 sec downtime haha

She's still a must pull if you want the top tier frost CN team. Because there's just no other frost char that can compete with Frigg as Saki's support. Period.

Yeah 100% still summoning for her. I've been preparing a lot to get my ice team. Yeah the dodge nerf sucks ass, however her having the frost resonance is pretty good for the time being. I got Meryl 5 star by chance and luck. So i'm trying to aim for at least 3 star Frigg for that passive and the outfit.

It was some sort of a buff, to take out the 15% frost atk out from her domain, and put it as a resonance instead. Rotations would change, your playstyle will change. We will wait till she released, and work from there.
I think its a safe bet to assume pretty much almost every new character will be weaker than its CN counterpart, which means ppl should be careful basing their pull list around current CN stats.
And this is good, allows standard SSRs to have more use even as the time goes on specially as you get more stars on them.

Resonance does not stack, on CN the latest Volt character has the same resonance as Nemesis. The most likely scenario is that ALL limited units will have resonance from now on so people don't feel forced to use a specific unit on their teams.
I'm waiting for Lyra and Lin in particular, and maybe Claudia for that full phys team.

I was planing to use her for her infinit dodge and abuse tsubas 3* but..... did i read fimbulwinter right - infinite dodge only works for Friggs (Balmung dodge) ?????? Can someone maybe confirm that??? If thats so, thtats gonna suck....
IMO, summon her if you like her playstyle. Otherwise, just save for your favorite. Don't force yourself to summon meta simulacra if you do not like their playstyle. But I'm definitely summoning for her because I'm motivated.

I pulled nemesis but then I discovered about Lin. I really wanted Lin but is it worth it for Lin to have 2 different elements along? It was too late for me to not pull on nemesis and now I want Lin
Dayuuum.. shit is crazy after watching the video from guitarock and how he broken down. You can clearly see the nerve they did. If people say it wasn't the nerf than look at the number. They change it to resonance and Friggs bread and butter Skill the most importantly is her dodge, they change it around. Just nerf her damage output. From what I herd her damage output when doing her skill multiplier was like over 200% and now her current which they just nerf went from that 200% to like one hundred forty something percent, I forgot the exact but it's around there. And of of her skill that also give her the stack ability for her frost wad also reduce as well. It kinda nutz... lol her her skill basically go into ice field domain and once she has the ice field domain it's GG for any monster cost her kit is after she dodge she attack giving multiple damage and with the ice field domain. Her dodge abity is basically infinite.
Jusy spam her dodge and attack combo and her dps is over 9,000. This is from what I understand after watching guitarock video when he explain. Now I wonder how many people gonna pull her cause with her ice resonance she will do good wjth the future ice dps. It kinda suck how things will goo. Poor frigg lol 😆

We can't confirm the balanced update of Frig in global yet. It better to review the damage and her ability when she is release. Only then we can see the differences between global Frig and CN Frig.

We always say they are nerfed on Global but did we actually see what the stats of the enemies are? Are they the same with CN? Amount of HP DEF and stuff like that? Also are character stats the same?

So like i have c4 meryl c0 nemesis and all simulacrums excpet coco, should i go for frigg or wait for upcoming characters for my team for both pvp and pve(mainly pve).
And also i am a f2p.

sure she makes sense if you got meryl 4* (probably choose her weapon from the shop to up her?) if you enjoy meryl frigg makes sense pulling for...3star global frigg is abit overkill and idk if its really needed that much...1 star should be fine alrdy at a maximum for dolphins....then you can decide if you wanna go for saki / frigg /meryl or tsubasa/frigg/meryl lin/frigg/meryl depending on your prefered resonance and prefered 3rd character playstyle....or even coco if you wanna be "balance" resonance and for some reason hate lin and saki and tsubasa or wanna save up pulls for future content that we dont even know of yet
i honestly ringht now will pull for frigg cuz i got coco c1 and i can get tsubasa from ssr box and buy tsubasa c1 from tokens in weapon shop so yeah im going definetly for frigg
But if the dodge attack is her main offensive skill, why make it so weak? Like, that’s almost a 50% decrease.
2:16 seems like a 110% nerf to me
They nerfed her main source of damage and removed her core mechanic, which is buffing frost damage by 15% when using her ability.
She didn't 'get it back in the form of frost resonance', they just removed it from Saki and put it onto her, so that's another 15% damage nerf to the frost comp. As opposed to Nemesis, which was only nerfed by like 5%. They did her dirty.

@@Jinruu Yeah, it’s a nerf because resonances don’t stack. My main concern is the low multiplier on her dash attack. What’s the point of the infinite dash if her normal attack sequence will do more damage? Her dash attack has a certain animation duration unlike her normal attacks so- it’s annoying.
@@jikookietings2507 They also nerfed nemesis in some key ways. Think about it. they won't be leaving any character untouched at this rate.
If they nerfed frigg then it's pretty much confirmed they WILL nerf Lin, hopefully it's not a bad nerf and she will still be top tier meta for every team

The big thing is now her 15% buff won't stack with any other ice resonance characters. The decision to move where the buff comes from actually has a big impact. Abilites + resonance stack. Two resonance characters do not.
Honestly for what I've seen I'm still going to pull for frigg, Lin and Claudia ima be a tiny dolphin in this game lol

it depends, nemesis isn't 100% must pull if you are going to run any non volt team such as fire or ice teams, for volt teams nemesis is one of the most important characters, however eventually nem will be on the standard banner (probably a few months down the line)
if you're going to build volt comp, nemesis is a must pull, but if you go for ice comp, frigg... im actually going for ice comp but i dont need her, because im pulling for lin a saki, tsubasa take her place preety decent
@everyone I have c2 coco, c1 tsubasa and c2 meryl and enough dark gold thingy to buy two more of these characters so what do i do now definitely frigg right?
@@martinbenitez13 issue global might face is they might remove ice resonance from saki as Frigg now has it (for me all my favorite characters are either ice or fire so for me will end up with a fire and ice comp though at mo i am leaning ice, more than likely Saki,Frigg,Lin.
just noticed they hard nerfed her dodge attack... without changing the frostiness requirement... she's not looking too good.
CN has 257% dmg on that, GLB has 143%, to get 1 frostiness it takes almost double the time... pretty easy skip for now, extremely worried about the future.

she has ice resonce which is increse all ice weapon DMG by 15% also increase Shatter by 25% for all ice weapon on the field when she use skill. i think shes META simulacra, cant wait pull for her
@@swordmaster4448 she had a better buff before this and she contributed that buff to the ice team once saki fuwa released, she lost that field buff too so now she's only left with a resonance that will become replaceable and nerfed damage...
CN has too much powercreep so it's a good thing that they are trying to balance the game better this time around. Aslong as they nerf the other characters aswell in the future then it's fine.
