Yeah honestly I think they were concerned...also txt debuted in 2019 so (I'm not sure about their birthdays but) that would mean that 3/5 members were no longer minors if you exclude Taehyun and Kai and even they were only a year or so away from being 18. That's still young but whereas for nwjns ALL of them are minors. I am incredibly against debuting groups where everyone is a minor or the majority is a minor because this is very problematic. This ties into a greater societal issue which I won't explain here but the members were clearly surprised and seemed worried/ uncomfortable.

As for txt, I searched up their exact ages to see if I made a mistake and no I don't think I did, even if you think so I stand by my logic. Yeonjun and Soobin would have been 19 and 18. Beomgyu would have been 17 but his birthday was less than ten days after their debut date so he would have turned 18 very quickly making it 3/5. Both Taehyun and Kai would turn 18 a year or so after like I said. Kai being the youngest at 16. Now onto nwjns. Once again I wanted to clarify the dates. They debuted in July 2022 which means that at the time only one member would have been 18. There are five members so the ratio is 1/5. More importantly the youngest would have been 14 years barely even a teenager. Finally I accept that txt also debuted fairly young. They could have waited another year and I'm not defending that. Besides many idols who debuted young have expressed that it was a bad idea. Like the person before said, txt are now idols who know what the industry is like and so it makes sense for them to express concern like all the many idols who debuted as a minor have done in the past. If after this long explanation you still don't see any problem with nwjns then I'm not going to bother any further.
