- New updates from the excavation of the House of Leda in Pompeii. The Domus of Leda had already been reached with tunnels in the 7th/8th century, with damages that can be imagined. But only with the latest campaign of securing the site, scientific excavations, and the challenging work of preservation, the layout of the domus is being revealed. Not to mention the pictorial decorations, all in the Fourth Style.
The southern domus is now famous for the mythological painting depicting Phrixus and Helle fleeing on the ram with the Golden Fleece.
