I am on a healing journey, and have met a lot of these kids frozen in time.. and they are trusting me more and more as I let them come through. Now I call it a daycare inside of me, and I am their "teacher" I am teaching these kids that its safe for them to express themselves, as long as I'm in my own bedroom, so I can give them a safe space. Then for the first time the other day, these kids actually comforted me when I was having a hard time adulting. they showed me the unadulterated joy that they felt about the path I am follwing, because with the path I am following, I am listening to their input, and they love it. I love them, and they love me. They are so excited to build a new life with me. They are my little explorers.
So directly and beautifully expressed. I'm in this process now - at the age of 82 - and when old impacted stuff comes up, I call in the higher consciousness and become suffused with it. A healing release follows, often very gently.
I love the way she described this process of stuff getting frozen. Maybe she talks about the other aspect of this in other parts of this talk...but what also is extremely important to realize, is that most of the time, in my experience, the stuff coming up, is being triggered by some event or person in present time, and the conditioned way of dealing with the uncomfortable frozen stuff is to blame it on the person in the present who triggered it, instead of recognizing that it's old stuff wanting to come into the light... This is the hardest part, for me. To remember that it's old stuff...and takes so much practice to remember..
beautiful. this is exaclt what I've been going through the past two years its been rough but I feel so much lighter ( I felt SO heavy all of them time and was always tired!) and things flow more easily, but the disconnection from everything - but the pain- is rather rough. cant wait to feel alive and connected again! but.finally starting to see the benefits of the release. :)
