Yes, being in the Here-Now is the solution to all suffering, and following your inner Truth while in a.state of non-doership is what many masters have advised, it's not something that can be done just by willing it.. The reason why most people are not in their body most of the time is because they have so much stored trauma in the body, & they just want some way to escape it.. They distract themselves all day long, allowing their mind to take them anywhere other than the present moment.. Its an unhealthy coping mechanism.. But to be in the here-now, in your body, you must face your shadows, work with your trauma & learn how to heal yourself, and then you slowly feel more comfortable, more safe in your body, in the present moment.. All this, to say that while being in the Here-Now is a powerful state, the Guru must also show the path of reaching that place, it's not something that can be achieved at will..
So sad to see her so tormented. Thank God Maharishikaa was there to help her.
I hope this woman can find her way to one of Maharishikaa's Satsaangs. I have witnessed how powerfully Maharishikaa can help people with similar conditions.

watching this felt very very raw; I felt the emotions all the way. It is very true that her ego was toying around with her, pulling her through bouts of self-delusions. This is an insane beastly energy field, especially seeing it from the outside. You may think it is easy, but it is a fearsome ferocious beast of an energy. She’s not done yet, with the huge ego! I have been there, when help is not accepted due to huge ego imprisonment, I really feel deep empathy for her, and hope the clown part of the ego doesn’t get her. That’s the worst; the clown or jester!

It always surprises and delights me when a video hits the exact spot. I know about ‘be in the moment’ but had not thought of it as a tool to repel, only how to be. (I do understand how it’s the same thing) I was just going through a fresh burst of old memories that felt like it was happening now and I wondered how I could endure life anymore if the pain would never end.
A lil food for thought if helpful.
She might want call out to Jesus (not religious aspect, but spiritual one) to help her through her occult trauma and calm the kundalini, rather than relying on her own center which by all evidence is too weak to handle it at the moment.
As a powerful masculine white magic healing figure who protects from and banishes demons and dark occult, he'd be very good at countering the negative dark masculine she's faced, especially since she's a Westerner.

Did I get that right: anything but surrender would just be a further manipulation or disturbance to the kundalini? With all this pressure in the system the wish of course occurs to support this energy in it's process of releasing and integrating... but yes, samarpan, surrender, truth, here and now, allowing it come to peace, trusting it's wisdom... 🙏🏼😑❤🔥

If am not wrong understood the prob in western society culture is very material & ego based for many generation & that’s their strong programing of system & they are willing & curiouse about spirituality & they end up connect with so called spiritual guru as she mentioned so called bad guy & what I think he tried to awaken her kundilni with tantra practices but she wasn’t ready for that & she couldn’t handle the experience . So that’s why advance practices & forcefully awaking of kundalini is not recommend to ordinary people & some time normal simple religious prayers or chanting mantras or doing good deeds good for people slow & steady process .

I find you in general very warm and in tune with the questioners, this one also. Im happy to have come across you and your teachings.
However there are things i need to express sometimes.
Besides good support here, i also see something:
In the beginning after she told her story, the first thing you said, roughly, was ”so, all this you told is in the past, right? Are you ready to leave it in the past, now in this call, and start a new life?”
I find it more as a command and forcing to start with, its a huge thing to expect without somehow validate and meeting her in her experience first, if even shortly. One needs to feel recieved, validated, heard and seen, before anything else. Then ask, not command without checking in if shes actually onboard. You checked, but there was no room for her to have any say about it, on leaving it all behind.
It feels as if she needed to speak it, have someone to listen, to really recieve, and it seems like she felt a bit rejected at one level. I believe thats why she keeps repeating it over and over again, even more intensely, and again a bit of rejection (to her). I believe she needed space to feel supported in the emotions. It seems like shes seeking validation for it again and again, as if you havent heard it, and she wouldnt do that if she felt recieved from the beginning.
Otherwise, very beautiful and powerful. I hope she recovers!
Yes! I have found this to be a repetitive issue with transcient people. I know they do not mean to be so blunt. I think they just want to get to the point as fast as possible because they want to help loads of people and also they have been the bigger picture of everyone's reality. But self expression of one's truth is often times a key step in releasing the experience.

Because it's true you can avoid the entirety of the spiritual experience by "knowing" the answer and "knowing" there are life experiences avoid. Unspiritual people go to the store and pay their bills on time

I feel for these Women because I was once there where they’re at, in pain, lost, and suffering in silence for years.
