Chris Oliverez of the Texas Dept. of Safety says the Mexican drug cartels are running the stash houses that house not only people crossing into the U.S. to find work, but also gang members and terrorists. He tells “NewsNation” it’s vital to identify the criminal groups operating those houses. But he also admits it’s very difficult to find them.
