We have moved from A level ICT to Computer science but i have not had the time to produce videos on these subjects. For ICT a lot of the material used in the IGCSE is relevant, the main difference is you are not guided on which formulas to use and you will need to build formulas by nesting formulas in Excel. For Databases it is quite similar but what most students find difficult is normalizing tables to create relational databases. Other components are multimedia components and this really depends on the software used by the exam center.

Sir for the Sum range function of (F3:F15, excel is showing an error that "Formula omits adjacent cells" even you have that error see the green strap on the cell, but when I tried clicking on the symbol, there was an option "update formula to include cells" and when I clicked the option, it didn't make any change to the formula but gave an answer "416160" can you please help which one should I follow?
This error simply means that you have made a selection (F3:F15) and these cells contain numbers for example. The cells next to this range, in this case cells F16, F17 and onwards also contain numbers. Excel is simply saying that you may have forgotten to select these cells. As long as you know what you have selected and it is correct then it is fine. In my exercises i only used small ranges of numbers so Excel is basically saying, maybe you wanted to use the other cells as well. I hope that makes sense.

In the 2024 paper i posted recently has a section on custom filters. Use the timestamps in the descriptions to jump to the part you want.
