For religious people, it can be a letter to God, for the people who are in love, for your family or some friends. Some A'TIN couples already used the song as their wedding song, how cool is that! However, for Pablo, every time they sing it live, he always reminds everyone that he wrote the songs for the A'TIN. This is his letter for us which made it so special. It uses deep Tagalog words which cannot be translated exactly as it loses depth... for example, the line "kaw lang ang himpilan ng aking puso" transliteration is "You are my heart's station" (himpilan can mean station, headquarter, a stopping place) but it would make better sense and evoke much more emotion if we say "You are my heart's haven."

This song LIHAM is written by Pablo to his girlfriend named Ligaya or Joy in English. And Ligaya is ATIN 😍😍😍

It's a poetic love song however, in my interpretation I refer to this song as worship. But yeah! These can be for loved ones too.
You are right, the English translation employs worship words. However, the tagalog version is rather poetic, not in the sense of religious worship, but more in a romantic sense.
To their latest interview they said "LIHAM" is a love song but this one is different from their past songs that have the same genre (love song) Liham is like a vow, a wedding vows . If you try to read the lyrics in a poem way, you will definitely see that it's like a LIHAM or in english LETTER.

This song is very poetic. It uses deep Tagalog words which cannot be translated exactly as it loses depth... for example, the line "kaw lang ang himpilan ng aking puso" transliteration is "You are my heart's station" (himpilan can mean station, headquarter, a stopping place) but it would make better sense and evoke much more emotion if we say "You are my heart's haven."
