    This guy is no spring chicken himself, but he's really sharp, and more importantly, he doesn't have the infuriating affect that so many other doctors have when talking about this stuff. These doctors' aura is very important, and so many seem to lack any kind of empathy, they seem almost giddy and excited when talking about it. And totally unaware and uncaring as to how their disposition affects the patient. Even the language they use -- most of all the word "demented" -- seems almost cruel in its cold insensitivity.
