Just want to add on the flowers being given. Passed my PANCE last month. I watched just about every single one of your videos as part of my 10 week plan. Many of them x4-5. Thank you for putting these together. For those watching, don't take these for granted.
I just wanted to let you know: I passed my PANCE last week, and I feel like you had a huge part of that! I listened to your podcasts and watched your videos multiple times over during clinical year. I'm the type of person who gets lost in details, but watching your videos kept me focused on the high yield info and gave me easy ways to remember. I feel like I owe my passing grade to you, so THANK YOU!!!
PLEASE make a video on spinal injuries/ spine MSK and more cardio/pulm! Your videos are getting me through my clinical year. Thanks to you I did well on my packrat!
Multiple times trying to memorize these topics, and only after this video did it become clear and straightforward to my mind. Much appreciated it, especially now that I'll take the PANCE next week. Thank you. so much! God bless you!
We love you bro! just wanted to tell you that your doing the lords work and its almost guaranteed that your channel will continue to grow if you keep releasing videos with each cohort. My whole class loves your videos and now we are passing the secret sauce to our next cohort so on and so on. Keep it up my guy you will be the NinjaNerd for ALL future PA students forsure
I can't tell you how much I wish I knew about your channel/podcast when I was in didactic. I'm pretty sure I learned more from one hour of these videos than I did in an entire semester of clinical medicine. Keep 'em coming, please and thank you!! 👏
I have to tell you that my entire cohort loves your videos. We are in our EENT unit currently and we are all scrambling to try and find someone as helpful as you. :) We love love love your videos! Thank you for all your help.
Studying for my PANCE and these are so helpful! Thank you for taking the time to help students learn and presenting the material in ways that are succinct and easily digestible. I use so many of your tricks and mnemonics for practice questions and I feel I remember so much better this way. You rock!
Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! Just took an FM EOR test and I used your podcast for most references and I did above average in my score!!! I sincerely own a lot of it to you!!! Thank you so much. Keep doing such an amazin job.
Prepping for my PANCE that I take at the end of the month, and finding your lectures has been SO HELPFUL! Listening to you during workouts, drives, cleaning the house and juggling my toddler! You are helping to make my studying easier, and I sincerely appreciate you!
Hello! This was very helpful! I am not sure I am missing something, but did you make a video related to spine issues? I especially have trouble identifying where the injury occurred when they describe the physical exam portion in the question, and we have to say "L5, S1". Etc.
Your videos are so amazing and helpful, Sir! It would be very benevolent and chivalrous of you if could make videos like this of every organ system!!! God bless you!!
I know in a lot of podcasts and videos you say to suggest what your next videos should be on, I would love videos on Headaches, Comas, Dementias, Demyelinating disorders, brain tumors. Just more near sections would be fabulous! You rock thank you for these videos they help a TON!
Hello! I really appreciate all your efforts and videos. Can you please make a video for back injuries, RA, gout, and the rest of the MSK blueprint? Thanks!
Can you please do some high yield for other systems? Like psy, women health, pediatric. I know it is a small percentage but would want to know what is more important. Thanks
Both the Lunate and Scaphoid carry the risk of avascular necrosis. As far as which carpal bone it is more common in, I couldnt say with a matter of certainly although I did find this study from 2017 citing the Lunate as the most common: "Avascular necrosis (AVN) of the bones of the wrist most commonly involves the lunate followed by the proximal pole of the scaphoid and the capitate." Volume 2017 | Article ID 6936013 | doi.org/10.1155/2017/6936013.
@@cramthepance thanks for taking the time to look up and respond! I saw the same study right after the video lol - you are awesome either way and you’re videos/podcasts are immensely helpful. My PANCE is this coming Wednesday- wish me luck!

Hill Sachs- I always thought of a hill (the humerus head) being sacked (destroyed). Helped me a lot.
That’s a really good one!
Thank you so much! Great video!

You create such helpful content! Would you consider doing an Infectious Disease blueprint review video? Thanks again for all you do!
Thank you so much! That's definitely in the plans for the near future.

I don’t think you were wrong about your explanation for shoulder capsulitis. The glucose molecules can attach to the collagen and make it “sticky.”
Haha I'm glad to hear there was some science behind my way of memorizing it. Thanks!
Liked and shared! Will you be making a 50Q high yield review for MSK?
Thank you so much! Definitely, just have to finish up rheumatology first then I’ll get started on it.
V nice. Such an amazing review 👍
Thank you so much!
Thank you for making this!

Definitely in the plans for the future! My goal is to cover every system, may take a long time, but that's the ultimate goal.
Isn't avascular necrosis more likely to occur in the scaphoid?
