I have these since 2 years.They are good but there are some problems.
*The automatic standby when sound transmittance is kicked off is a problem.The threshold for minimum sound is too high.So when there is obviously enough sound the Philips turns off in standby and that means there is a delay when sounds come on compared to the picture.
* The headband has an inbuilt on/off switch so when it is stretched on your head it supposes to activate.But there are some issues if you have a distance between your top of head and ears which is below average-it will turn off.

Hi ! I have these headphones and I still don't know how to use them. I bought them secondhand so I don't have the instructions. I don't know how to transmit my music into the headphones since there's no Bluetooth. Can you help ?

People's hearing is a subjective, for one the sound quality can be superb for others really poor.

You cannot. Those are simple headphones. No memory inside them.
