its true the courses are called ausbuildung.its a training and study program. you get to do the pratical work and most of all youre paid for that work and even druing your study phases. i've been planning to do the courses myself too ill go problaby 2026. Because I'm right now in 12th then I'll do one year collage in india only to have that mandatory 13 year highschool in Germany which the 1st year collage will add up to and then I'll apply for ausbildung in business consulting

Yes definitely it’s mandatory to know German because you will be in direct contact with common people and especially old people ( who might only know German or prefer speaking in german)

It depends on the course and the work you are doing. If it is a working student job then it’s pretty chill but for an odd job it can get hectic.
