I think he drives better on cop because he's following the same line at the same speed as the person he is chasing as a cop. When he's a crim, I notice he takes corners really fast and he spins out cuz of it sometimes. If there's a person in front of him controlling his speed, he's less likely to spin out or hit something since his path is clear
