I always felt that the tail section looked just as good as the front . I’m glad they brought back the new katana but they missed the mark by chopping the tail section down . They should have made the bike long and sleek with today’s technology I would have definitely bought one .

@Brian Stafford Yes,gsx 1100f is full tuned engine wiseco pistons hi comp.1201 cc 13:1 compression, 40 mm carb rs mikuni, accel coils 40 % stronger than stock, full Yoshimura 4 in 1, web camshafts 2nd stage, advanced vance and hines ecu with setting possibility.Stock engine was 140 hp(102 kw).It is animal power now.
@Brian Stafford Yes they are cool.I bought Mikuni sliders frorm australian seller on ebay.All together price,and import tax was about 900 usd.My vision on begin was 41mm keihin fcr but they cost like gold.
Wonder how many of these Suzuki would sell today if they were brave enough to put it back into production instead of that half arsed excuse they got out under a Katana badge. 40yrs old and still relevant, new model looks like it fell off a cliff it's that ugly.
