The gap between Rich Ryan and Bauer (1st and last) was what? Less than 4 minutes? And the gap between Rich Ryan and Ryan Kent (1st and 2nd) was 13 seconds? Crazy!
What is the rules to perform a complete burpee? Rich Ryan and some of the others didn't bring their chest down to touch the Spartan ram with each rep. Just their hips touched the ground. Is that still legal? Seems like it would be a lot easier to perform the burpee without touching your chest to the spartan ram.

Seems like it would be a lot easier to perform the burpee without touching your chest to the spartan ram.
