- Chad and I are out there in Cary North Carolina swing in the new Suncoast Melee 4 Balanced senior, softball bat. We get to try this thing out, put some swings on it and give you an idea of what we think of the bat.
Later on will be joined by Lee Trotter and Rob Roop when they discuss the balance points of their bats.

Hey guys. Great review. I switched to the Sucoast balanced pro a couple years ago and love it. Can’t wait to try this one. I swing the 30 oz. I do 27-28 end loads it’s about the same end weight but that 30 just pushes that ball a long way. I know it’s not for everyone but at least give a balanced a try.

I don't think I've ever used a Suncoast Melee bat that was disappointing . They seem to have a winning formula and simply change the graphics each year . In your opinion what is THE best bat for a senior player who still has strength and bat speed in his swing ? Anxious to hear your opinion .

ALL OF THESE BATS WOULD WORK FOR A HIGH BAT SPEED GUY IMO

Bat is really balance and very smooth swinging. Ur right its really close to the firecracker which i like a lot both are great bats.

I like mine a lot but I can’t bring myself to game it yet because my melee 3 is just can’t miss.
how would you compare it to the Baby Blue Short Porch balanced that came out recently since they are both 1-piece bats....I tried a friend's Short Porch the other day and it felt great but i like the 2 piece Suncoast Balanced as my gamer
@@brianbanks3044 so the wig popper has more endload and a little more flex in the handle. Now Chad and I both love the blue wig popper. I based my bat off that bat .
@brianbanks3044 brother you can’t go wrong with either one…at a center point it’s what feels the best and fits your swing.
Also 12” barrel on the SP vs 13” on the suncoast. The suncoast is more balanced.
