There is only one sentence in this video 1:35, and it is one I long to hear for myself. I showed this to my wife and she broke. We habe lived in the uk for 9 years and miss our home. Thnk you for putting this up, gread view of the surrounds of Darwin and the harbour.
Thank you for not babbling non stop throughout the amazing footage unlike other videos of this flight path I’ve watched. I hope to fly this route at some point in the future.
Hi Paul, what fabulous scenery to experience on a day time flight to Darwin. Was fortunate to fly to Mount Boradale in a small plane across the most gorgeous northern Australian coastal scenery not so long ago. In many ways such a flight is comparable to a high altitude flight over the Antarctic?! I note with some sadness that you were on a B 737. I think it criminal for the domestic companies to continue to serve the likes of Darwin, Perth and Cairns ( with flights over 5 hours) by these old work horses when better aircraft offering a genuine J seat are available. Thanks for a great video of our northern extremes! Cheers
Great Video... Really Great Video. Darwin is a very nice place I was born there and then moved to Gove ` Nhulunbuy` Northern Territory . Hope you do the Gove run Paul ? Did you take your fishing rod with you ?
When the weather and scenery is like that , how could anyone not like flying .. A great video . I must put Darwin on my list of places to visit before I run out of fuel . The next three months is going to be tough 😉.
I have landed over the water at Darwin it's great. Also took off with the wind over the sea. Due to fire at golf club and double engine bird ingestion. Two hour delay for outer engine clean. Scary.
Thanks - loved the steady picture

Wonderful view looking out of the window.
Thank you, Paul, for sharing your video with us.

Great video as always mate!
I saw the cargolux mask livery first landing at lax
3:39 there’s a fire in the background Paul did you see it?
yep there was
The fire is on Cox Peninsula at the old Radio Australia Site. It's been burning on and off for about 4 years.
Is that at Berry Springs?
I hope to go there one day.

Awesome video cheers
Next flight is Darwin when the wet is over, I hope.
I liked the footage. A few cracks on that runway though...
They can’t afford concrete runways. Socialism
