There is one thing i still can’t find an answer to.
Why can’t Naruto use these forms after he befriended Kurama? Instead he is like a glowing banana, which is still badass but the tailed beast mode looks way cooler

He probably can use them. He used the chakra cloak to block Sasuke's Amaterasu. But really why would he use them when Chakra mode is superior in battle?

Storm 2: best story by far.

The "Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy" is the re-release of the original Ps3/Xbox360 games to the Ps4/XboxOne/Steam.
That was the name used when they sold all of the 4 Storm games in one package. So basically, he uses the "Legacy" on the title of the video simply to indicate that this is footage from the most recent ports of the games.
