- Paramahamsa Prajnanananda says that sometimes people ask him if the Kriya Yoga that he teaches is the same one that was taught by Babaji. He first uses the analogy of a flowing river to emphasize that the Guru-disciple lineage is a continuous line or connection from the current Guru to God. Prajnanandaji is right. I have kriya initiation through SRF/YSS and have seen Babaji in dreams and visions, and felt His presence on numerous occasions. The only way to really get the answer to this question is to experience it yourself, through the actual practice of kriya, and devotional surrender to Him within.
I experienced such tender feelings listening to this story 🙏and actually laughed out loud at tying God to a tree! May I also someday be fit to see God!

A river is a continuous flow,kriya is a continuous process. Intensity and depth may vary depending upon the terrain,but still it is a continuous process and it provides nourishment to the soil too. If you are doing it continuously, if the water is coming from gangotri, definitely you will find peace...

Controlled hyperventilation is your lost pranayama. (Lowering c02) the venous blood.
Also, if you cannot enter the middle you cannot do kriya yoga.
The middle is where you must go, once you enter, you will feel heat. Steady yourself and breath the special pranayama. Dont be rough with it. Be light and near silent with breathing. Enter middle, breath silently yet fully.
In this way you will be on the path of urdhvareta. Without being in the middle there is no kriya yoga.
It is the lightning path. Yet ONLY if you enter the middle. An hour a day for a month or two an you can be a perfect bramacharya ready to rejuvenate the body.
Yet only if you enter the middle. Without entering the middle, it will never happen.
It is extremly easy. Yet elusivly specific.

If you realize you are the guru god or self you don't need kriya or mantra or any effort on your part .the spiritual Hercules Ramana maharishi made examples by his grace by making his mother and a cow gain instant enlightenment so that is the power of true siddhas .if you show love and devotion to your external or internal guru by constant habit and practice your ego will dissolve by the power of self surrender .your ego will surely dissolve by faith
No, this is the topmost saadhna in India, which cannot be discussed openly with each other. Not only Kriya Yog but any type of Yoga and Saadhna cannot be discussed openly because there are some topmost secret Saadhnas and Kriyas, which cannot be discussed openly because saadhak can suffer adversely, by the discussion of the same. Saaadhna should always remain a secret and must be kept as a secret.

Note to seekers ,, do not try to equate all kriya’s . Laharibaba gave kriya’s bit different to people.
Lahari baba told few to give kriya and many gave what was given in close room.
Paramahansa had learnt kriya from his parents but it is of no use , paramahansa gurudev should have been realized but wandered to find swami yukeshwar Giri. What does that say ?, the kriya is not a energy of this world it’s mystical energy comes from fountain head Babaji. Lehari baba told there are 108 levels of kriya so subtle and bit different. What’s most important is love towards god and guru and cry for there grace , oh god when will I get masters when will I get to see you. You will find your masters / Spritual development as needed. If needed masters will come in dream and give you initiation. Do not look at kriya steps and think you can copy 😅 it’s mystical in nature . Lahari baba knew everything and knew these problems and answers are also there , look carefully the wise ant will pick sugar leaving sand untouched. May grace of my gurus reach the true seeker 🙏

None of you have a single clue of what kind of hell you would be put through when receiving a gurus or gods "blessing". I am going through kundalini awakening, and these gurus and all their books glorify and completely sugar coat how much u will be brutalised by god, gurus, shiva and shakti...dont ever ask or want for a gurus or gods etc blessings unless u fully understand what that actuslly means....i guaruntee your not ready for it. the pain will be that awful you wish persistently wish u were dead
